  • Since the day Gannon Stauch disappeared, his accused killer stepmom’s story has changed numerous times. From phone conversations with Gannon’s dad, Al Stauch, to interviews with the FBI, Letecia Stauch has been caught spewing lie after lie in attempts to deflect blame off of herself. The Colorado woman stands accused of brutally murdering her stepson in his bedroom, stuffing his body into a suitcase, and dumping it in Florida. The Law&Crime Network’s Angenette Levy breaks down the six most damaging lies told by Stauch throughout the investigation into Gannon’s death. Plus, famed attorney Jose Baez reacts to Stauch's claim that she retained him as defense counsel in her case.

But I do think parents really need to be careful when it comes to their new partner and their children. Their children will be #1 and the new person has to accept that. Also, don’t make the mistake Al did which was get married when he hasn’t even known Letecia for a year, so that he could gain custody of his children (he didn’t have custody of them due to his job and how long he was gone from the home).

Gannon probably said something innocent like “I miss my mom” or “I can’t wait to see my mom for the Holidays” and Letecia snapped due to her hatred for Landon. Probably her thinking that Gannon was expressing ungratefulness for having a preference for his bio mom over her, when Letecia supposedly “does everything for them.” During this, somehow Gannon got some severe burns. Burns so bad that Al and the school would have definitely reported her and ruined her career in education and her reputation. So, she killed him. : (

Her attorney w last witness was an aggressive hack job! Redic questions, he’d practically answer for the Dr and move on quickly. Trying to fluster her, her nervousness seems like being unprepared imo tho. I don’t think the jury took kindly to that unprofessional behavior of her lawyer.

I dont believe the daughter is that soft spoken person...i sense she is as decitful like the mother...prosecutors pointed out how she made a gofund me page under false pretenses. Being brought up by evil can make one learn bad habits.
