Darby - saw you in Oshkosh tonight and spoke with you a bit in the corridor. Great playing and your drums sounded spectacular!
Man, this is like the Cowboy Bepop soundtrack on steroids!
GREAT COMPOSITION !!!

A musical masterpiece right here!
This guy is another level.

Thanks man! Hope you enjoyed Bloodstock.
I was unfortunately not able to attend the gig, but I watched the entire show on youtube.
You (and the other guys) were absolutely phenomenal. Any chance we’ll get to hear you play “Hear me”? 🙂

Thanks man! Took 10 months to finish but its finally done!
@@DarbyTodd At least, I suppose, this bastard virus allowed you to concentrate on it. And it shows!
@@silddx Exactly. I have wanted to make an album for years but I am always somewhere in the world on tour! So Rather than be miserable I put my time to good use!!! Its been a really fun experience and I am so glad I did it! I had a lot of help from some amazing musicians!!!
@@DarbyTodd Yeah some absolute luminaries! You should be really proud, Darby.
Incredible music, a prog tour de force as good as anything I’ve heard in a long time!
This is unreal 🤘🤘
This is incredible!
Thanks man!! A ton of work went into this one! I think there’s about 165 tracks of audio in it!!
This is fucking excellent Darby. Pure class
When does this hit Spotify?
I won’t for quite a while. I’m just releasing it as a physical cd for now. I may put half of it up on streaming but not for a while. I just wanted to be old skool and actually have a physical release! But if you wanna support the album you can go to darbytodd.com thanks!
@@DarbyTodd Can I suggest a digital release on Bandcamp or similar service? Would love to hear the rest of this album and support you but I haven't had a CD player in years :(
@@JoeHiYo hey man. Glad you enjoyed the music. I just decided for now to keep it on physical sales. However if you wanna email me through my website which is listed in this videos description I’d be happy to sort you out a digital sale. Drop me an email. Cheers.
Love the track !! The mix however kinda buries Per’s solo. Also, I remember Per’s tone being great in the unmixed preview, but now it sounds a bit thin and fizzy.
Which part of the song are you referring to timestamp wise where you think Per is buried?
