Hello Mr Franzese, I am a doctor in upstate NY, I took care of Jimmy Burke when he was in Albany NY at Albany Medical Center Hospital, nicest guy to talk with, however. Inmates in hospital have a CO outside the room. Mr Burke had one at the door and one sitting in a chair at his bedside and he wouldn’t leave. I hade to treat Mr Burke, exam and taking his med history with another person n room, not sure if it was to protect me, doubt it, but we always wondered if he would ever say anything about his past, C.O wrote everything down he said, i so wanted to ask him the questions you are answering, but when I tried he just smiled and looked at the guard. I admitted him twice to AMCH for treatment and same experience both times. I would love to meet you and have a sit down with you. Just recently found your channel, once pandemic is over I’ll listen and watch more. I am Frank, from Albany NY. You have become very popular an this service and I only hope that out of the thousands upon thousands of comments you actually get to respond to this. I am on a friends RUclips account. I am a 49 year old man and I gotta say that I really enjoy listening to you. I used to be a bad guy but I got older and changed. I frigging had to to survive. This world will eat you right up if you let it. I really appreciate you taking the time to do this thing you do. Not many people have respect for others anymore. Not willing to put there pride and ego aside so they can teach others from there own mistakes When I was 18 years old I had already been doing really bad things for a long time so I was kind of an old man by that point. I did have enough sense to be scared and also learn from the older people. I told myself that If I am going to survive then I need a plan and must do things differently. I had used and abused because I was taught to do those things by narcissistic parents. Very extreme but I was way too young to see that at the time. The old I once was blind but now I see applying to more than just being saved ya know ? The really cool thing is that I know that you do. Talking one on one is a beautiful thing your doing. I'm sure once people get past the being star struck that you really are able to help get people back on track. I would love to talk to you myself but my Christian heart tells me that there are others that need your wisdom more than myself. I will include you into my prayers that you are able to help others and that you too are touched very much and are able to continue to learn and keep a healthy mindset. Perhaps we too can be friends. I hope you read this. Doing what you do does make me a little guy but the little guy is what helps make it all happen. Lol. Peace to you my friend and may your heart be always filled with what you want and not what others believe it should be. No more burdons; Adam Schneider.

What Michael is sharing are real gems and everything is true according to my experience in prison. I can't put enough emphasis on how important the little things are inside prison such as cigarettes, food from commissary and the telephone because fights breakout over these things all the time. Love the story how that pillow case came down in front of the window that is a big deal him being given a package like that. Having access to those things gives you power inside there just as he said he traded stuff like that and got what was important to him the telephone when he wanted it. When I was there one single cigarette was worth 5 dollars minimum and so if you had a pack of Buglers that you rolled yourself that is a lot of money and even the same thing with Skoal or Copenhagen dip each one was 5 bucks so and free world objects that are contraband the price sky rockets in value and a lot of power to barter for things that you want and you make friends like that and sort of get a high status inside there when you have access to those types of things and that was my 1st lesson was seeing how a guy who could get things people wanted was very popular among the inmates and lucky for me I figured out how to do just that making my time much easier and as a result time went so much faster I was very fortunate because of it. This channel is one of the best on RUclips right now I have to say. Keep them coming.
