It is true very important fact is DICIPLINE. Not only exercise freaks there are gym freaks as well. Of course if you are a professional athletic or actor whose earning is depend on the body condition & shape, you need a personal trainer therefore you have to go to gym.
If you want only to maintain a good health you do not need gym. Gem membership cost money & preparing at home & traveling to gym will take your time as well. If you do exercises at home you can save this things. Many exercises do with high-tech equipment at gym can be done at home with simple equipment that means Door Horizontal Bars, Loop Bands and Exercise Bench. There are abundant videos in RUclips about this. I never went to gym in my life, do all cross-training at home.

Yes I am diabetic,I am having L4L5 problems and spondylitis.I am 70,so I am doing myophysiotharapy exercise and started GYM ,I have no BP, sugar level 130-150,Hba1c below 7.I am taking low glycemic food and more vegetables.
