To be fair, I am bit skeptical with your thoughts about videocards. If I were you I'd put RTX 3060 12GB above 4060, featuring the 12GB of VRAM it outperforms the 4060 in terms of performance by a bit ( VRAM heavy games like TLOU and etc.) but the extra 4GB of VRAM is already great. Although the NVIDIA customers would say it comes with DLSS3 which at this point is a 50/50, if you run out of VRAM you are most likely to see instability issues due to 8GB of VRAM which 4060 features :). Now about 4070 TI SUPER, that videocard is not the best you can buy from NVIDIA, not even close, the 4070 SUPER had to be 4070, 4070 TI had to be SUPER version and 4070 TI SUPER had to be 4070 TI. Simple as that, if you are looking for the great value card from NVIDIA you should stop on 4070 SUPER, that is just a beast of a video card, yeah it has 12 GB of VRAM but to be fair it does very well even with them. 4070 SUPER has only two competitors, they are 7800XT and total garbage 7900GRE. Short conclusion, 4070 TI SUPER is just overpriced piece of sh**, it doesn't deserve to be called best value, the 4070 SUPER does, and I am mad for my self that I bought the 4070 TI . Also remember guys, the VRAM currently is legit not the issue, the issue is "Developers" let's skip indie ones, they are a small team, focusing on Triple A developers they are the mainstream sc*m bags, the ones that cannot optimize their games and requesting from you 60 or even hundred of dollars.

amd / intel specially the a580 and a770 for the a770 in many games it now plays in between the 3060/3060 ti but still needs many driver updates to push it to its limits and for the amd side i got the rx 580 (the legendary gpu ) the 6700xt /6750xt best 1440p60fps gpu u can buy and the 7700xt a 6700xt but stronger faster and better and can be found for under 360$ if u look well enough for discounts while the 6700xt is around 330/350 $ since now there is no gpu chips left
seeing how all the cheapest cards are C or D tier i am not surprised because NVIDIA does not care about the low end. High end is where the NVIDIA GPUs get good. only ones i like in this generation are 4070 Super and 4080 Super and maybe 4060 in terms of power usage and performence

I got a question please help me. I want to get 360 balance fps in Fortnite, and I am planning to combine rtx 4080 super with the ryzen 7 7800*3d. When I checked in bottleneck calculator it said that I have 8.4% processor bottleneck in 1440p and of course in 1080p it is higher so in this situation I probably will stick to 1440p. It also said that I will get 375 fps on average, so my question is do you think that it is a massive bottleneck (8.4%)? Btw in 1080p resolution the processor bottleneck is 16.7% and the average fps is 460 (on low settings and also the 1440p is on low settings).
The 7800X3d is a very powerful cpu and it will have no problem handling a 4080 super, bottle neck calculators are good, but they are not always super accurate. They are a good start but you need to do more research. I promise that the 7800X3d will not bottle neck your 4080 super.
Bottleneck calculators aren’t very accurate, there is absolutely no bottleneck in this situation, and in 1080p if you use somewhat lower-ish graphics you should be able to probably get 500-600 fps

yea the 4060 is better, most games won't use more than 8GB of Vram at 1080p, and if they do, the 3060 won't be able to handle those type of high demanding games anyway

C or D tier are not recommended low end gpu nvidia. However the high end gpu for nvidia i love the RTX 4070 Ti Super it has 16gb for 1440p and 4K is the best overall from gpu is going to be S Tier.
so much about vram altime am still on my 5700xt super oc for like 5 almsot 6 years now but i never play 1440 1080p is the way to go for me high rez max setting only make you more tierd for gaming 360hz 25" is my go to for fps nice ips o input lag reflex. only shanged my cpu to the 3d version and some tittles jump 80 fps with 5700xt and nver tanked 8 gb vram.
