This is a survival recipe I just started today. I’ve been in a lot of stomache pain from a bleeding ulcer. I could not keep any food in my stomach, Yet, this recipe saved me, brought me back to life. Vegetable broth with a pinch of Himalayan salt and chia seeds. Goodness this was a healthy option that helped me in my worst need.
Hang in there!
My dad and sister, when she was 6-y-old, both had bleeding ulsers. Dad was given an old Native Indian recipe and they both were cured!!! Make garlic tea. Keep refrigerated. Drink 1/4 cup 4 times a day for 2 weeks. The ulcers never returned for the remainder of dad's life, or my sister who is now 70!
Thanks for sharing your story..
From Guyana 🇬🇾 ♥
Sorry to hear about your pains. Through my own, the Lord led me to healthier eating. And not just physical food but spiritual as well. Physical food doesn't sustain like the healing Jesus gives. He is the bread of life. May His Word feed and heal you.
Hi please am in Ghana where can I get this Himalayan salt, am also having the same problem please help me cure this thanks

I’m having chia seeds in my overnight oats for breakfast every morning - oats, chia seeds, blueberries, milk (plant or dairy), Greek yogurt, honey or maple syrup.
Love your videos Dani. ❤️
I really like how articulate you are and how you do not use the overly cheerful voice that others do. I also appreciate how quickly you deliver the information and how much advice/explanation you give throughout. Definitely helpful!
Yes I like that too, it’s straight to the point. Great recipes and information. Some people’s delivery can be boring, and it turns you off watching. I knew the benefits of chai seeds, now I know how to use them. I think they’d also assist with weight loss.
Chia jam
2 cups fresh or thawed fruit
1/4 cup chia seeds
2-3 TBSP maple syrup or honey
Put it in a blender and pulse until blended. I freeze it in ice cube trays and put into a bag in the freezer. Since they only last a few days in the fridge, I thaw out a few cubes at a time. (Sometimes I cheat and add chia seeds to my store bought jam)
Sounds good! Going to try this, thanks.
Love chia jam. I never tried it with maple syrup, gonna have to give that a try.
cassydc j
cassydc sounds great
I just tried your recipe for jam. Yummy…
I use chia seeds in my smoothie every day but I use them already soaked in water so they are a gel. It works wonderfully & we love it.
That sounds great. You might like glucomannan too. It makes a fabulous gel and same deal: soak first. You can use it as thickener without the grit of chia. And you can make carb free, high fiber asian noodles (shirataki) which are very expensive to buy. Check out YT vids. My favorite for making asian noodles yourself is Keto Asian Flavors ruclips.net/channel/UC5-og6mdfD2TMM3uMZNyxrA
@@dreamingrightnow1174 what is glucomannan and where can you purchase it?
I put 1-2 tbsp in 1/2 cup of milk depending on my mood, leave it in the fridge over night, and add mu cereal to it in the morning, it makes a cereal pudding type mix and I love it!
I just watched your Chia Seed 101 video and I have to say, the information you provided was fantastic! It was explained so simply and was easy to understand. I tried out the recipes you shared, and they were incredibly easy to make. My mom loved them too!
I will definitely be sharing this valuable information with others who are interested in incorporating chia seeds into their diets.
Speaking from personal experience, I made one of the recipes using True Elements chia seeds, and it turned out amazing. Thank you for sharing such valuable insights and these wonderful recipes!
Thank you for this video. I am actually just about to try my chia seeds for the first time tomorrow morning in a breakfast smoothy. Similar to the one you showed. But mine will have chocolate protein powder, the frozen banana and almond milk, a bit of chocolate nibs, and some if my PB2 (powdered peanut butter). This is actually my first time both using chia seeds and making a smoothie, so I'll learn as I go.🙂
The information you provided in this video about chia seeds was great and so easy to understand. I really appreciated how simply you explained everything, and the recipes were so easy to make. I tried making it, and my mom loves it too!
I Will definitely be using this information and sharing it with others who are interested in incorporating chia seeds into their diet.
I recently made it with True Elements chia seeds, and it turned out amazing. Chia seeds are such a versatile and nutritious ingredient. Thank you for sharing such valuable insights and the fantastic recipes!
The chia cookie dough looks delicious... gonna try this. Trying to lose weight and still craving snacks this looks like a great alternative
Anything with 35 gr of carbohydrates and only 3 grams of protein as a meal replacement isn't a weight loss strategy. Those carbs are spiking insulin which will stuff your adipose tissues like a Thanksgiving turkey. This is why we're in a type 2 diabetes and nonalcoholic fatty liver disease epidemic.
@@dreamingrightnow1174 ok
2017/ Tasted Chia seeds for the first time in my life; it was " love at first bite !" I'm so happy that God created these delicious seeds for us to enjoy ! Thanks for sharing your time and recipes with your viewers 👍
why do the chia seeds need to be ground up to make the chia egg for use in replacement of one egg?why do you have to mix it together?why do you need to put in the fridge?i already made some and didnt grind the chia seeds up and already put the water in and didnt put it in the fridge so do i have to make it again?
Are my chia seeds good are they ok to use for anything?
nicholas burgess,
I don't know ! "
@@SpaceAdmiral792t I have used chia without grinding ..infact before watching this video I have never ground them when I use them as an egg replacer. And as for putting in fridge..its just to keep it from spoiling..the milk that is.
@@bikinggal1 can you make Chia milk too?
I just tried the chia balls. I didn’t have choc chips or cherries, so I substituted cacao powder and goji berries. Also added chopped walnuts and sesame seeds, taste great, thanks for the recipe 🙂
The chia seed protein balls are absolutely delicious, I just made some!!
Such a rare gem. A well-paced video about what I wanted to know about with no-nonsense and all the right facts in the right order with no waffle! Perfect, thank you
Maybe the waffle video is coming up later. 😅
The chia seed balls and smoothie looks delicious! I can't wait to try the smoothie.
Omg I'm do Glad I found This Channel! I soooo Resonate with all the No Egg and other Great Recipes here!. I drink Chia Seeds Soaked in Water with Flaxseed Oil with Lignans in it (gives it more Flavor and Omega 3-6-9's. Thank You Dani!♡♡♡
I make peanut butter balls that are similar. I add a little coconut oil because they set up a little more solid especially out of the fridge.
Thanks so much for taking the time to illustrate these delicious recipes with chia seeds... my first one will be probably the chia smoothie😋😊
I love your enthusiasm, knowledge, & recipes!!! Thanks
I love chia seeds!! Don't forget about the hemp seeds. They're awesome too!!

I just bought some chia seeds. This is awesome.
Your explanations are the best I've come across so far... Thanks for the tips and recipes
I love this energy ball recipe ! I don't have a blender or food processor so it's perfect for me !
Thanks a lot for that tip on what to used as a substitute for eggs. Love your recipes they look really delicious.❤🇯🇲
I put my chia seeds in my water every morning when I get up with a little raw honey and lemon. After it sets for 10-15 minutes I drink it down like someone that hasn't seen water in forever (it's that good!) 😂. I also put them in my refrigerator oats when I make them, they're VERY good for that
Breakfast chia pudding is one of my faves! it's best when i soak the chia in almond milk and mix with greek yogurt and a little maple syrup and let it absorb overnight . Yum!
Perfect! I’ve seen this video before but was looking to find an energy ball snack to add to mid afternoon and found this chia recipe. Perfect. I’ll switch out the cherry for coconut instead but I’m gonna try your easy to make recipe. Thanks! Love these 101 videos.
I always add chia to my salads. Also, one of my favorite breakfasts: Take a rice cake or slice of toasted bread. Spread peanut or almond butter, then drizzle some tahini and honey or agave nectar, and top it with chia seeds. Super filling.
be careful with adding just straight up dry chia seeds to something like a salad, as they can expand in your esophagus if you drink water after eating them, which can cause a choking hazard if your not careful. My recommendation to adding them to salads is either making them into a crouton or crouton-like topping, put them into the dressing, or just sprinkle only a little bit on top after adding the dressing (like you see this lady do with her smoothie in the video). (Also, this is meant just as a cautionary , I am not in any way trying to put down the chia on salads idea nor do I mean any offense to anyone)((also like OC’s breakfast recipe, it sounds delicious))
Wow, sugar load, lol.
Thank you.... I will definitely try this new take on nut butter on toast
@@mackenzie579 thank you. Those tiny seeds pack a punch. I agree, made a smoothie at 630am to be consumed at 930am .... I didn't figure things out till it was too late. Thanks for the tip
I love chica seeds Dani, they are wonderful and I love them with oats. Thank you for this video Hun
Love the way you get straight into it no messing
Truly a great video! Real informative and lots of great recipes at the same time. Thank you.
I'm just coming across you (1st time). That was an EXCELLENT video and I just subscribed...Thank YOU for knowing how important it is to EAT HEALTHY 👏🏾👏🏼👏🏿👏🏻.............🙏🏽💚😇
Just bought them today to aid reducing my cholesterol levels. Going to add them to alot of sweet and savory dishes.
did they work for your cholesterol
I'm into smoothies lately, so am going to do the blueberry chia smoothie.
Do you add them to your smoothies right away and then drink right away or make the smoothies put the chia seeds and leave over night
Tried your recipes for chia pudding and oh my lord it was soooo good! Thanks for sharing.
Excellent video. Just ate them in porridge, will make those bites.
I will try the energy bites 👌. I mix vanilla whole milk yogurt with a table spoon of chia seeds and let it sit for 15 mins and that's my toddlers breakfast almost every morning 😊. He loves it and this way he gets his protein in because he refuses to eat any kind of meat (which is not a bad thing right? 🙂)
Thanks for this video. I like the smoothie best. I do add some ground chia seeds in to my pancake mix.
I love these. I will try all three. Thank you so much.
I love the way you explain things i could listen all day
I acquired 2 pounds of chia seeds (yikes!) and have made your Chia Puddings (thank you for those)...I am happy to find the Chia Egg recipe...sometimes I am low on eggs, but still want to bake...thank you for the video.

My summer golden milk I’ll blend turmeric, ginger and cinnamon with chia seed soaked in coconut milk with raw honey. Nutritionally delish! 😋
Been making pectin-free jam using chia. 🍑 🍋🍍🍊
But would you not have to use Black pepper for the Turmeric?
black pepper helps the body absorb the turmeric
I suggest u to learn about the combinations u are making and the effects of each ingredient in the body to realize what u are doing wrong. Or you can contact me and I will help u. 🤗
Love this idea
Great information about Chia seeds. I look forward trying all recipe.
The last one is pretty amazing and so easy! I will try it. Love from Bs. As, Argentina 😍😘
Thank you for this video. I will try all these recipes out
My morning cinnamon/almond/coconut coffee cake. I make a dry mix of equal amounts (16oz) of almond flour, coconut flour, flax seed meal, and xylatol. Add a whole small bottle of cinnamon powder and a whole small can of baking powder, a bunch of chia seeds, whole flax seeds, hulled hemp seeds. Mix with eggs, almond milk, and avocado oil. I microwave mine but you can also bake. It is delicious and helped me loose 95lbs.
Yummy recipes. I used True Elements Chia seeds for these recipe and it turned out perfect. Thanks for sharing! will recommend my friends too.
Thank you! Cant wait to try these recipes, I think even my husband and 2 grown sons will like this healthy options, without them thinking it's too healthy 😊😊😊
I love love chia seeds. I am going to try the blueberry, banana and chia smoothie. Thanks.
Always loved chia seeds but love them even more now!!! Thank you!!!
Thanks for sharing how to eat chia seeds.god bless.
just bought some chia seeds and i would love to try mix it with oats for breakfast.. thanks and i love your videos😍
I will definitely try the chia smoothie as I love smoothies and also love chia seeds
That blueberry smoothie looks amazing
Dani, i eat them for breakfast. Berries, a little banana, 2 Tbsp of chia, 1 Tbsp of hemp, 1 Tbsp of flaxmeal, some walnuts, some cocnut milk. Delicious!!
My favorite way to eat chia seeds is to add them to mashed avocado with lemon juice salt and pepper. YUM. :)
I shall try that. Thanks.
Sounds really nice thanks!
That sounds really good
I do this and top it on everything bagel and add a scrambled or fried egg!A half of a bagel
You should try the pudding ! 1/3 cup chia ,1 cup of almond milk, tablespoon of Cacao, teaspoon cinnamon, some honey mix immediately. Put in refrigerator and let set over night and have it for breakfast !! It’s delicious and filling and very healthy. I hope you’ll give it a try ! It’s my favorite 😍
I will try the blueberry smoothie 🥤 first.Thank You
Love your suggestions on chia seeds! I'll do the smoothie first thing tomorrow morning..
Remember to add a dash or two of cinnamon and cyanne pepper sorry my auto correct has taken the nite off. Lol
I would definitely use all three recipes.
I love Chia seed pudding !! I start off with a third a cup of Chia seeds add one cup of almond milk a tablespoon of cacao ,cinnamon to taste and a bit of raw honey mix it all up really good till thickens ... make sure you mix it really really good put in the refrigerator let it sit all night and eat it for breakfast it is amazing !!!!
Thanks for the video and adding all the info in the description.
The egg thing blew my mind!!! When I get tired of the egg taste on Keto, I'm gonna try this! It will raise the carb count, but I'm at a place where I can do that now.
this only works as a replacement in baking etc...not scrambling!
They're fiber: the best carbs you can eat.
Thank you very much! I plan to try these recipes. I just purchased chia seeds!
I use it to mix in with the leftover pulp from juicing. Add herbs, garlic/onion powder, salt pepper, then spread out on dehydrator tray, score some lines in for easy portioning. Tada, you have yummy veggie crackers. I use chia ( not ground) or ground flax interchangeably. They both help the crackers bind and add nutrition.
LyLy MoWa Wow what an interesting idea. I got rid of my juicer because I hated wasting all the fiber. Smart.
You can make the same by just putting veggies through the food processor if you don't have pulp from juicing. Both work.
Love this!
I’m going to try them in my smoothie!
Didn’t know we can eat as is...priceless info!
This is most interesting & educational. This video is packed with education for the health of the body. Love - love !!! Tky for sharing. I have mild diverticulitis . Grinding & placing in a blender should be OK!!
Your thoughts please !!!!
Love these chia seeds recipes, thanks so much for sharing 💖
That smoothie looks awesome!
Yes! We're chia pudding addicts but I also use them in smoothies, overnight oats and to make chia jam. Such a powerful seed.
How do you make chia jam?
You did a really good job explaining the Chia seeds to me I’m gonna try this movie first
Now I know and am confident about getting and how to use chias.
I will try the blueberry smoothie and the chocolate Cherry protein bites! Yummy sounding!!
I’m definitely gonna do the smoothie. I love them so much I have just drink them an ordinary wholesome fruit juice and my homemade yogurt, so this is just going to be a nice more well-rounded drink and I am very much looking forward to it.
Drinking them in almost any fruit juice is how I've seen them consumed. Ofcoursee you could eat them but about 75% of my diet is liquid or juice. I was wary of putting them in but you have reassured me. Thank you
I Will try all the recipes. I sometimes just put chai seeds in water and drink throughout the day.
I'm going to try the energy bites, they look so good! Thank you!
Great Video!
Well explained for the use of chia seeds. I like true elements chia seeds as they are healthy . You should also try it!
The egg replacement was brilliant! Can you replace the honey in the energy bites? Like maple/agave syrup or something?
Great recipes. I never thought to freeze bananas. What an awesome idea!
i always like to hear Dani explains her recipe whats are good for you!!

Chia seeds can be good for helping lower high blood pressure, since it has blood-thinning properties. But anyone with *low* blood pressure issues should avoid them! And, apparently, they cause gastrointestinal symptoms in some, may increase inflammation, and may not be good for some people with auto-immune issues, or who are immunocompromised. Not every “healthy” food is good for everyone. In short, as with anything else, research the cons first, add to diet in gradually increasing amounts, *then pay attention to how you feel.* That said, I’m trying them myself to avoid blood pressure pharmaceuticals and am very grateful for these i seas on how to incorporate them into my daily routine. Thanks! ❤️
