My go-to breakfast is overnight oats. Sometimes I make it using water, banana, peanut butter, chia seeds, walnuts, and dark chocolate. Other times when the islander in me comes out, I make it using coconut milk, mango chunks, shredded coconut, chia seeds, and cashews. If I am in a rush, then I don't eat any of that. I grab a string cheese and a piece of fruit as I run out the door. I quit boiling eggs after I learned that I could poach them in the microwave. The messier, the better. Go team runny, messy, eggs.
@bodzspa I got the mango overnight oats recipe from a RUclipsr. Then I changed it a little bit. I don't use protein powder, nor Greek yogurt like her. I have liked runny eggs my whole life. Wiping up the yolk is the best part.
I really love avocado toast. I also like eating oatmeal with fruit and chia seeds.
So good!
