    My body automatically craved mixed berry yoghurt daily, yams,ginger,minimal spinach,i have been total vegetarian since 17yrs but i do take Vit D. My sleep has improved. Im 65yrs old. Mother Nature is wonderful ❤

    At 50 I looked like 30! I went back to the gym, every day bit by bit. Months later, ran 5/miles a day. Ate only KETO. No breads- FISH & Veggies. 🥗 coffee ☕️ & creamer no sugar.
    Only had a drink on occasion.
    I lifted weights & felt looked amazing

    One only has to look at the discounted fruit at the end of its shelf life in the supermarkets.
