Great practice with a combo of flow and poses. I have a knee problem so could not fold my knee standing and then getting to the ground. Other than that feel it worked for my entire body

I forgot when I did yoga last(i did it in between but just for 15 min and didn't able to control my procrastinating mind). today I did it, and I am so proud of myself that today I was able to do it physically as well as mentally. every time I do yoga with you, I feel so grateful that I found you as my yoga guru. today I came up with the purpose of mindfulness (or moving meditation as you say). i am so grateful to you. thank you so much💛💛💛
Thank you Preeti! I love your sessions, the building up, and the fact you explain the movements in detail. I follow your sessions weekly and am so grateful for your videos. You have a calm voice and are a great teacher. In general I can follow most movements and always do the advanced execution. For this intense workout, in my opinion, there could be a bit more flow and faster sequence of movements. In general this felt like an easy workout, although the movement with the knees + bending low to the ground was impossible for me 😅Thanks again!❤

Thanks for the yoga sequence, some asanas were easy but on holding for 5counts they become intense, overall a moderate sequence

Thank you! It was a great moderate session for me. I could feel the change in my emotional state of mind as compared to when I started till the end of the session.
Just a little feedback - if you can add background calming music (something of nature- water flowing, soothing music of flute, etc.), I really think the video would create more wonders. :)

Struggles with asana where from standing with one leg folded, bend down. Similarly halasana , reached half way. Overall feeling so proud of myself for all flexibility I have gained in last 8 months of daily practice
