My neighborhood body shop told me the brackets were wrong and it’s not possible to install these But thanks to your video, I installed these running boards successfully on my 2017 Highlander XLE and saved a ton of money on labor!
To answer my own question, It took me 4 hrs to install these on my car with all the tools described in the video on hand. FYI On 2017 model, the passenger side rubber plugs that need to be removed are #2, 3, 5 instead of 6, and 8. No changes on driver side. Thanks again for this incredible video!
