LOL Sena, I’m working on my PhD and I took a break to watch your video. My 8 year old nephew walked into the room and started asking me 73 questions of interrogation about your video. Then he says “ he is really so so cool. If you’re an adult you have to talk about happiness but when you are a child, you get to just BE happy. I’m happy right now” and he started jumping around the room showing me his happiness. Then he told me to jump with him. So I did. Then he said “ don’t you feel so happy jumping?! You’re so good at jumping!” So thank you for inducing the wholesome moment, but also, my nephew might be the avatar. Kbye meow 🐱
"If I were unhappy and ungrateful at this moment, then I would never be happy and grateful no matter how many things I would have or how many goals I would accomplish in the future." This is incredibly wise. It took me 37 years and finally surpassing my salary goals set many years ago to realize this.
Don't compare your 2. chapter to someone elses 20. You might think your story is not good enough but it is not over yet. *Keep dreaming and putting in the work. I believe in you...*
I really like that you included the great idea of not letting minimalism become another 'goal' for those people like yourself that equated goals with happiness. It is a silent trap.

My thoughts about minimalism are pretty minimal, tbh
- People before things
- Live experiences rather than buy
- Quality over quantity

Don’t aspire to anything…..live your life day to day…..don’t overfill your ego….Stay humble….Work to live don’t live to work (pointless)…..find a job that works out for you, not some soulless company that works you to the ground
とてもいい動画でした。去年は大学生活という新たな挑戦の年でした。遊び、勉学、一人での生活と新たな経験をできつつ共にストレスも以前より感じるようななりました。今年の春から寮生活ではなく一人暮らしも始めるのでミニマリスト生活を心がけたいと思います。
Yes, be thankful for what you have and where you are in life.
One of my siblings once said there will always be people who have more than you and those who have less. I had to retire earlier than I had hoped which means my money is so much less than I had also hoped. But I feel as a minimalist as well, very content with what I do have because I have a roof over my head, I do have food, I even have two kitties, and there are people right now in Ukraine who have absolutely nothing. As you say so well we can choose to live in the present and appreciate a simple life or we can want what we don't have and be miserable.
Yes, what you are doing matters. This was very helpful to me, as I am trying to find my way back to my life. I have been stuck in life for a few years now and nothing seemed to change it for me since I de-railed. I'm slowly picking up the bits and pieces of what's left. Thank you for the guidance as someone who is already on the journey to peace of mind.

Hi Sena - superb videography - you are always improving. Some good points to ponder from your minimalist lifestyle. The most salient being one needs to give over control of what is uncontrollable in life in order to ever gain a sense of control over things which we can such as when to stop reading and go to sleep (my biggest struggle at this point in my life‼HNY 🎉 although it is still aways from the Lunar New Year. Keep up the 💯% energy you put into the content of your videos for us.
im so minimal that even my phone wallpaper is just plain one color. and it gives me happiness!

The minimalism perspectives or thoughts are a bit confusing, I guess.
Because removing a thing X can be a part of the activities as a minimalist.
However, removing the X could be a very normal and that couldn't be a part of his,her minimalism.
I can't see the goal every time when I think about minimalism.🤣
