INFJ here. 100% agree on what you have said. I always have self-talk to myself instead of talking to others.
I don't talk a lot in a meeting or gathering but I'd say I pay attention to what people have said and observe others as well.

Being the only introvert in my family was difficult until I realized that large groups drained my energy and being alone recharged me.......thank you Sena for having the courage to express your deepest feelings, I know you are helping others.

Contrary to societal belief,i personally think that being an introvert can be a big blessing if you truly understand the benefits of being an introvert, and learn how to accept your true self
Many introverts in thIs fast paced and loud world develop an unhealthy mentality because of all the judgement and ignorance of society regarding introverts
Eventually some of them might fall into a cycle of self hatred and suffering,in which they painfully try to change themselves just to live up to societal expectations
I too suffered from this in middle school, where i was trying so hard,to fit in,and be like the norm.
I think its extremely important to share such perspectives with other people, since having a new perspective is truly life changing, and is one key aspect to happiness
Thank you for sharing your thoughts in a calm and relaxing manner while inspiring other people

I love how you say that the world encourages extroversion over introversion, such thing really shows at my work, but I am proud to say that I have showed them what "quiet buy deadly" means there, by being true to my introvert self, but being hard working and promoted much more than most extroverts. We can eat the world if we want as introverts, I think that they know that, and are a little or quite scared of that.

Nobody can tell which is better, introverts or extroverts. I think both are great and one can never excel the other.

Hi there - Thanks for the video as always - I try to never go to a place with a lot of people as I can only talk "one on one" - but once I went to a 'party' where one man sat in a ring and asked questions like: What movie did you watch that you enjoyed? Where did you drive locally that is interesting? etc. Everyone responded - This was the first time I ever relaxed and enjoyed myself in a group. After that I had no problem going to a place where this man was. So for extroverts in a family with introverts this is a 'tip' - But that was years ago and I am now completely isolated and very happy 'doing my own thing' I am not lonely at all. 🥰 😍

my friends describe me like what you have said. "Deep thinking and Observation" I think deeply to the point that I don't talk to my friends. sometimes I just stare at them or at someone else (but secretly) cause when someone stare at you, that is weird for them

That was really inspiring, Sena. As an introvert myself, I have always struggled to find my inner strength, which I imagine has happened to you too, but I'm building that strength in me little by little, and, sure enough, your words in this video came in handy for me.
    Thank you and keep going.

I loved this video. But I do think respect and kindness should be automatic though. It's only when people do the opposite, treat you disrespectfully or unkindly, that their right to demand respect and kindness from you dissolves.

Oh I can really relate to the not appreciating your own culture. I also never used to appreciate my own culture, I only saw the negative aspects, but when I lived abroad for many years and then returned, I could finally appreciate and see all the good aspects of my own country too.

it's often torturing for an introvert to pretend like an extrovert when dating strangers.
Therefore, i prefer to date with extrovert, so that i can be silently having my observations~ Lol~ 😅

Sena have you read the book "Quiet: The power of introverts in a world that can't stop talking"? It's very interesting. You might enjoy it if you haven't already read it.
