do you ever consider that some of us have supination on our weak side and it is hard to control our body?would you maybe recommend strapting your arm or leg to the unaffected side? i just mentioned it because i struggled to execute those exercises. i was even wondering if those excersises were for post stroke patients. ialso think that for executing the exercises reaching at front and standing the best and safeest way will be using a bench or therapy bed. i did on my wheelchair with brakes on. but the front wheels get on my way
