Chocolate Chip Mochi Cookies

► Ingredients:
For the dough:
80g all-purpose flour
60g unsalted butter
1/4tsp baking soda
40g brown sugar
1/2 egg
8g cacao powder
20g chocolate chip/chocolate crumbs
For the filling:
35g glutinous rice flour
10g corn starch
8g powdered sugar
70g milk
10g unsalted butter
► Bake: preheat the oven in 5-10mins
9mins at 180 degree C, then 3-4mins at 160 degree C
