All the recipes and dishes I have made are referenced and learned on the internet, youtube, google... I'm not the first to make them, not the first to create a certain dish. . I just change the ingredients to make the dish suit my taste. And I just hope my video has an easy way to communicate so that you can successfully make the dishes that you like. Simple yummy and chewy mochi
I had a mental breakdown so I decided to watch this, this calmed me down in the middle of the night and made me feel *a lot* better. But I cried more bc it was the middle of the night and I couldn't cook 😭❤ thank you for making me feel calmer and happier ❤

Tho I would personally reduce the amount of sugar added, but maybe that's just for me.

It’s great! Chewy Flavorful milk mochi Definitely try it if you like creamy chewy flavours/texture (Do not store it in the fridge i recommend eating it in a day otherwise it gets a starchy pasty consistency and dries up :(

@@maousamachan Hey. I used lactose-free cow milk with 1,5% fat. Lactose-free milk is way sweeter than the usual one.
Have you tried with water instead, like most recipes do? If so, do you feel a big difference in taste, which one do you prefer? Thanks.

I had the same problem then i saw that the most important thing in making mochi is that you need GLUTINOUS rice flower not simple rice flower

@@Alexander.shorts2169i believe glutinous is more related to the stickiness of the flour (when mixed) then of the gluten content, I was confused myself earlier over this as well

Same here We dont have glutoinous rice but what If we try with normal Rice Flour (grinded to powder rice) ? You think it will work. Maybe I even try today

In the Philippines we also have a sweet treat made out of milk, it's basically just mixing condensed milk into the powdered milk and than coating it in white sugar(it needs to be coated in the white sugar or else it will be very sticky)
