- 200g Corn starch

- Medium heat 2~3 minutes

- 210g Condensed milk

I just change the ingredients to make the dish suit my taste. And I just hope my video has an easy way to communicate so that you can successfully make the dishes that you like. I remember "discovering" this recipe by myself as a 10 y/o and making a whole plate of it to feed it to my family. This brings back memories.. ❤️

@@farhatali6769 I think the binding of the dough will be a bit better with condensed milk or melted butter instead of just milk. I personally use butter/ghee for it's smell

Oh, I have another version of this tho. My aunt always makes them for new years.
Powdered Milk mixed with room temp butter and a bit of powdered sugar. And then drizzled with melted choco

This is somewhat similar to a Filipino milk candy called "Pastillas". But instead of flour, we use milk powder.Then, we coat them with sugar instead of cornstarch.

This is an Indian dish too, we call it Pede
But we make it with actual milk. We put milk and sugar in a container and keep boiling it until it becomes a sticky dough like consistency, then we make balls out of it :)
