- 350g Condensed milk
(練乳)
- Low heat

- Refrigerate for 3 hours

I don’t personally know what you’re going through but I have a friend who also had anorexia. She got better! It took a while and it was a real struggle but she did it. I believe that you can do it too. She told be what really helps is telling someone, anyone, as long as you feel like they will care. And if you feel like no one cares, please look into going to therapy. Just know that you are beautiful, strong and worthy. And I hope this doesn’t sound creepy coming from a stranger 😅
celebrate the small wins, and don’t beat yourself up for the “losses.” take it one day at a time. step by step.

I love your ASMR recipes. Some of the other channels I follow here on RUclips that are known for recipe videos use music in their background or the people who are cooking the recipes tend to talk a lot. But not you. I love all of the natural sounds of the utensils and food being used. Thank you for the amazing content. This recipe looks amazing!

Not all chocolates have sugar, I know sweetened condemned milk can around 50 grams of sugar and a average man should have around 35 grams of sugar, but eating sweet sugary things doesn't always directly lead to diabetes, it can be from other things like obesity.

@@chhhyu Perhaps you used the wrong kind of chocolate? I don't know what the difference is between cooking chocolate and regular chocolate, but I know there is one, and it affects the results in baking! XD

i use a similar recipe to make chocolate fudge in the microwave that calls for adding biscuit &/or chocolate spread to the recipe, and then crumbling biscuits on top, these really are the perfect treat

isso nem se perto é um brigadeiro KKKKKKKK, primeiro que o brigadeiro em si utiliza achocolatado e adicionais como manteiga,clara de ovo, e o tipo de leite condensado é o integral,o fudge precisa especificamente do chocolate amargo e leite condensado,nem tudo que tem chocolate e leite condensado é brigadeiro né gente

Só falta falar que salada só é salada se tiver azeite. Se nem a aberração de colocar clara no brigadeiro muda o fato de que aquilo seja brigadeiro, não é o TIPO de chocolate que mudará. I like to use silicon moulds for fudge, takes some care and time but you can get moulds with interesting designs and the grandkids like that. You can add allsorts to the fudge to match the event but a simple classic is a classic for a reason. Christmas before last i recieve a chocolate spray gun, bit of a learning curve even with youtube videos to help but worth the time and effort for birthday's and christmas. Hey nino! Ive watched your channel for a long time now and i love how much personality you give each video despite not saying anything at all, the subtitles are so funny to read. Though if i may trouble you, one day can you make a video tutorial on how to make omurice? I would love to see how you would make it. Ive followed your recipes and so far they all worked like a charm! And i feel confident if you make omurice one day.
You can also use cocoa powder, sweetened condensed milk, and a little bit of butter to make Brazilian truffles, also known as brigadeiros
