Hi Nino instead of worrying about the cheese oozing out if the crumbs aren’t thick enough you can just put the corn dogs in the freezer before deep frying and the batter and crumbs will harden so the cheese doesn’t ooze out!

Hi everyone!! Since I tried this recipe yesterday, I would like to give my feedback!! So first of all, using all the exact measurements of the ingredients, the dough turned out a little bit liquid, so I added more flour.
Also, I have never tried korean corn dogs before, so I don't know how they ACTUALLY taste but I am sure that they taste the same, they were so tasty and appetising. For me mozzarella cheese was kind of bland but it gave it that sticky cheese "vibe" that we see in mukbangs and asmr. (maybe I am gonna try a different type of cheese next time). Once you dip your stick in your dough, quickly cover it with bread crumbs and shape it with your hands if you want, otherwise it will be hard to coat it since the dough keeps dripping and ruins the shape of the corn dog while frying it.
Personally, with the square shaped mozzarella pieces, it was hard to shape the corn dogs, so I tried to make them "circular" and it worked!!
The dough wasn't heavy, it was just perfect!!
I really advise you to try this recipe as it's easy for someone making corn dogs for the 1st time, it's a great budget recipe and really quick to make!! Thanks for the video, I really enjoyed it! Lots of love from Morocco ❤️🇲🇦
