People comment about the neighbours, I would love to live next door to this guy,so reminds me of me from years back, I appreciate the fact that people like myself and this guy make noise, smells, and temporary mess, but when the neighbours are in trouble we are the first to help. I love this guy and I wish him and his family and the baby on route, cat and dog the very best. Ellery from the uk 🇬🇧

Me and a few friends had a "guys house", always wrenching, building and partying. Someone asked our neighbor how it was living next to us and they said "Great!" Other than the noise froml engine over revs, skillsaws and such they knew we were always willing to help out, cared about the neighbors and were friendly and decent. 😊

@@defaultname531 Fantastic, now it seems neighbours or fellow campers on campsites are reluctant to even smile at one another, how things have changed, in my later years I have put a gate into my older neighbours garden so I can check on him and supply water for him free, as he’s on a water meter and I’m not. Cheers to you. Ellery. Uk 🇬🇧

Will it starts are nice, but my kids, etc don’t want “junkers”.
My former son in law thought that metal rusting away in the back lot was gaining value,- capital growth does not work that way.
I’ve owned old,odd cars, motorcycles, boats and airplanes. So been there, done that!

Chris that's so true about Facebook, I closed my account in 2019 and recently I've had friends ask me about being on FB again and I told them I'm not. And they sent me screen shots of some of my pictures and verbiage of my asking for donations for childhood diabetes foundation. I told them it's a scam and to report it. I reported it and still waiting for it to be taken down. Crazy how they'll remove political posts they don't like but not scams that actually hurt people and their reputations. Keep they awesome videos coming 😂❤

Think I paid 400 for one of these many decades ago now. It was a blast, not a hot rod but fun. Side note: the guy taught me a trick on how to clean this (white) low mileage vehicle that had all the same type of stuff this one does on it (or more) & while it does strip all the wax off, it definitely makes quick work of cleaning it... ( detailer's don't fillet me ;) ).
You have to do this with a garden hose & a bucket or two. You'll need a wash cloth, running hose water (no sprayer needed) & the key is it must not dry on the vehicle. The top secret ingredient to this is yes, you guessed it: Comet. Dump it on as you see fit onto the wash cloth * onto a wet vehicle and simply wipe. One bucket is for the wash cloth rinsing. One bucket to dump onto vehicle after wiping. NOTE: I have only tried this on a white vehicle. I have no Idea how & if this would work on any other color. Then after you've dried it, (provided it's not rusty) polish, wax, & treat accordingly :)
    Great score !

When released In Australia in 1972 the five speed was pretty unique. As I recall, they came initially with a 1600cc engine, which over the years with new (and bigger) models grew to 2,000 or maybe 2,200cc. These first generation models, like in this vid, are becoming very expensive here - if you can find one!.

I really enjoyed watching this episode because I owned a '74 celica Gt, 5spd and a/c for 6 years while living in San Antonio. . Was one of my best care free and fun cars to drive ever. The owners manual stated that cruising speed was 90. That was no lie. Thanks for getting this one running. Sweet!

I'm personally working on a 1987 Dodge charger 2.2 5-speed that sat in a garage for over 30 years so the body is good, I did get it running with a new carburetor now I have the transmission out of it replacing some bearings in the transaxle and I'm going to put a new clutch in it while I'm at it but I'm inspired by your videos
