If your sister is doing the filming she told the story extremely well.
Kept viewers engaged .
Composition well executed .
Mad props .
Yes she has a green thumb for filming. Great instincts , shot angles , I assume editing as well . A pleasure to watch and an ASMR is no doubt not easy.
Ase - So often YT people know their subject but not videography. Lighting, sound, camera, script ... but these folks got it.
I love that girl 😁

Zdolna i z dobrą inspiracją 🥳🫶💚
Obviously these 2 guys must be father and son working harmoniously and calmly with each other without exchanging a single word
They communicate telepathically😂
@@nunyabuziness8421 Angels and higher entities communicate telepathically with each other and with us and we hear them not with our ears but within our minds.
Love to see this car fully restored
Toyota never disappoints.
So glad to see a Toyota revival on here. Tough, durable, and dependable engines. Didn’t even smoke. Great job.
I've worked in television for 35 years and you guys have really mastered the skill of telling a story without words. Well done! Keep them coming. Great camera work by Christian too.
Yes. If you will notice each edit clip is from 3 to 8 seconds long. It's brilliant in that it moves along at an enjoyable pace.!

Me gustaría un carro de eso y restaurarlo
Even greater aprreciation for taking the initiative to restore that great little car (@03:37 even original hub caps!)). How many people have simply passed or would still pass by it if this had not been done? Maximum respect!
I worked at a Toyota Dealership when this '77 was built. I've had MOSTLY Toyotas the biggest part of my life, and my old 2001 Toyota is way too good to get rid of!!
Didnt know i needed silent restoration videos in my life until now. Love them, hope to see more.❤
The best part about videos like these is that they dont just go ahead and replace everything, they focus on keeping the original parts and that's amazing to me.
I absolutely love these 70s era Celicas; they look like mini muscle cars and clearly influenced by the Mustang and Camaro lines with the famous "Coke Bottle" beltline profile.
Back in the day it was common to see these with slotted mag wheels, pedestal spoilers and "Starsky and Hutch" side stripes!
In high school and college, I had three of them, a '72, a '74 and a '78. I thrashed on those poor things mercilessly and they never broke. They were fun to drive, quiet and smooth at any speed. Great little cars. And yes, the first two had slotted mags LOL
I've owned one celica ta22 ,very nice engine, enkei 13 sport rims at fully body modified and asessories, but i sold it to someone who are really wanted it and take good care of it, i missed her dearly.
My panhard rear axle linkage saved me once iny St
I still own a Hilux with a 2.0
Just watching how things came together on this old 1977 Celica reminds me of how CARE FREE driving one is, how dependable!! Fixing it up made you guys look like the Greatest Mechanics in Northeast Texas!! oops, you already ARE! I wouldn't know what to do if I didn't see you guys on your show(s). I do see the Lord's light in you, and the blessings I've seen you receive bless us too!
I'm very happy to See the restoration of the Old Toyota Celeca way back 1977.I was Amazed because it is still working Very well, Since it was Stuck in the Junk yard for than 40 yrs. Still running in Best Condition it means you are The Best mechanic ever.... Thanks Everyone....
Man!...I had a Celica like this one many years ago. Drove it for over 8 years and as a younster it was absolute fun. It was easy to run maintain and repair, so I hope someone takes this one and makes it look prestine again...he will enjoy it. Nice video, thanks!
I bought a 77' Celica GT Fastback in 95' when I got home from the Army for 200$! Ran like a champ ...only thing I did was flush the coolant and new thermostat. How I lost it? That's another story. I loved it right up to the point where you ruined it with those fender flares! Com'n man!😊
Brings back memories, I worked at Toyota back in the day when you could buy these new. A revolutionary car, five speed trans, bolted front fenders, lightweight and fast.
Just found this channel and decided to see this Old (like me) Toyota would run. LOVE THIS CHANNEL FOR ALL THE REASONS POSTED ABOVE. NO STUPID MUSIC, NO HYPE BS, JUST CONTENT AND RESULTS. ALWAYS THUMBS UP FROM THE 641.. LOVE THAT OL TOYOTA! I OWN A 1999 TOCOMA 4X4 2.7LT, 81K ORIGINAL MILES, ALSO A 02 4RUNNER LIMITED 2.5 LIFT, ALL THE TRD MODES, ADDICTED OFF ROAD FRONT BUMPER, 12K WENCH. WE BOYS GOTTA HAVE OUR TOYS!
It's Sunday night, I'm a pastor and it has been a hard day. The burden is heavy until I watched this video. So peaceful and well done! I just finished my first restoration on an '81 CJ5 which was simple but took me 3 years. No one can realize the power of peace that comes with something like this video. Well done, and thank you!!
Amazing! That old girl was parked for 30 years and she fired up like she had just woke up from a week-long nap. I love that you guys gave her a few extra upgrades, she is a car with a lot of potential and deserves that. I sure if and when you put it up for sale, it'll go quick.
She needs a brand new paint job black Al call her Cely she’s a beauty
That must be a Toyota for you. Gotta find an old FJ next.
Just goes to show that these cars just don't want to die! I love that you managed to save something that had been sitting outside for a long time and making it run nice and smooth again back in the day when it was out and about. I also give credit to the one who filmed and edited the camera shots as they were perfect and well-timed. What really surprised me was that pretty much all the electrics worked in the car (even the radio surprisingly!) I hope you guys can make another one of these videos; it was spectacular!
Not A fan of the no talk video
@@carrollmay7362thanks for sharing that brilliant comment…..wow
Those Toyota,s are the most reliable cars ever I never had a major problem when I owned my Toyota,s
I like the original wheels better. Thank you for bring this car back to life, it's a beauty.
That car is very beautiful. I would love to see him completely finished with his paint.
You just don't see many 60s and 70s Japanese cars around. Most folks thought of them as disposable cars, so nobody went out of their way to store them or preserve them like they did many American cars. Glad to see this one get a second lease on life, and I know you guys will bring her back.
I owned a 1974 Celica ST. Bought it brand new off the show room floor. A great little car with amazing pep. Loved its 1800cc engine. After I got married in 1975 we drove it to Colorado Springs on our honeymoon. Decided to drive to the top of pikes peak. It did fine going all the way up. Don't see to many of these cars around that are in primo condition. You guys have a great find there.
Loved it. Finally a natural sounds of turning wrenches and pushing brake pedals, turning motors. Like listening to the fishtank calm. ❤ enjoyed that Brothers.
I really hope someone puts the time and effort into this one to get her back to...let's say driver condition. The boys got it moving under it's own steam but a new dash, rear deck, upholstery, and a paint job would make this little gem shine.
I hope this becomes a follow up project because this car is such a beauty. It’s a shame to leave it partially restored 😢
@thegingerbreadman I was about to look for a follow up but you just saved me some time.
Now that its running, a small car like this can be a full nut and bolt resto in 3 months, there must be plenty of parts cars in Texas or close by,,, a lot of this JDM jap stuff is being restored and new parts are out there and cheap. Steve in Australia
At least they were breathing 😅
By far the most satisfying car restoration video that i have ever seen. The commitment to only change what's necessary and the working style, top notch.
Did a 1975/6 red model up in 1981 whilst living in west germany, tevog racing wheels, black viynal roof, rear spoiler rechromed bumpers, zebarted underneath and a complete respray in the jaguar paint bay. Looked brilliant almost the same as yours the u tube video brought back so many happy memories. Glad you just filmed it, her shape lines and presence was wòrth restoring. Thank you. GP.
Thank you so much from Australia for sharing this and bringing her back to life, brought back so many wonderful memories of my 1972 TA22, loved that car, will never forget her no matter how many cars i've had after her, i watched you guys right through this with a smile on my face, THANK YOU again GOD BLESS you both, and your families 😊
대단 하십니다.
죽은 자가 살아 돌아 온 겪입니다!
😅😅😅😅😅
One of the coolest looking foreign cars ever made, and very reliable too. Wish I had it!
For me this is the best car in the world ....I want one!!! Just the way at it is ...perfect!!
The Silent movie episodes are good, but love hearing you both run ideas across each other...
Can't stand these want to be edgey silent vids.
too true. Immediately I noticed the lack of commentary.. for some that works well,.. But so use to your input that the video lacks that extra item!! talk!
Me too, but I like the balance. The sound is good.
@@johnfadin6 Edgy? They just thought theyd try more relaxed silent vids, thats like the opposite of edgy
Лучше так, чем глупая, неуместная музыка, которую каждый "умный" блогер вставляет в каждое своё глупое видео.
These old Celicas were great cars, dang near bulletproof engines and good styling. I haven’t seen one like this in a lot of years 👍
That's the only car I ever had a road-rage incident that involved almost going to jail after a high-speed chase of over 100 mph with smoking front brake pads
After I got where I was going the police arrived and the other guy and my car was sitting there with boiling smoke off the brake pads I had just put on
And the St was a sport touring I like it better
I wonder why it sat starter and major engine components were all working, was it just because of the fuel tank.
i adore the silent ones. It feels like a proper film. i can really focus on what you’re doing and how damn beautiful these vehicles are. thank you for making them feel young again :)
I'm amazed how these people find such old parts and get things done. Overall great work 👍
I'm sure some of us have heard the term " Silence is Golden ". Well here is a great example. I'm sure some would agree that this silent video JUST WON THE GOLDEN AWARD OF SILENT VIDEOS OF 2023 !!! Another fine example of bring it back to life by the Restored crew. Great job Lance, Wyatt, and Christian, yall have pleased your audience once again. Thanks for the inspiration . It lookes great. 🛎🏆🏆🏆🥇🥇🥇🎆✨ GOLDEN AWARD TO YOU ALL. THANKS TRUCK DRIVER RAY ✝️
What about the painting?
I hace a Celica 1981, just on sale 5000 dollars,
You guys are legends for breathing life back into such an iconic car but that is deserving of a full restoration. Like muscle cars, map 240's and early fords they deserve to stay for another 5 decades
Car like this doesn't need paint; it is a survivor and wears the scars well. Great job, as always. Keep it up!
Not a big fan of the no talk videos but still verry entertaining. I would love to see a complete rebuild on the Celica because these cars are getting hard to find. They need to be saved.
I agree with you on the silent part. I love to hear what they think it needs or solutions to problems that come up. Their vioces are what making the videos more interesting. Love they save the vehicles though
Not me young man voice. I have muted the volume.
Not me ilke no talking other uploader to much talk less works 😅
OK as a one off with the no talking theater. But once is enough. Nice camera work though! I like the patina and would really enjoy watching and hearing an interior all fixed up with dialog. Brake jobs are a dime a dozen but few follow through with the interior.
I actually like the silent part 🤷🏻♂️ cool vid
A very relaxing video. Even though I missed Lance's chatter, I have to admire the combined concentration of everyone to pull this off. Great job of editing on this too!
I had a 1978 Celica wagon with more than 500K miles on it as good as new. A great car over all.
One of my favorite all time rides was my li'l Doobie. 1974 Toyota Celica GT 5 spd, with a/c. That car was so fun, so fast, so precise, and maintenance free. That car is the one that got me away from my previous loves and big motors.
This little Celica ST is a worthwhile candidate to restore. Wish you the best in your endeavor.
This video was therapeutic, straight to the point 👍🏽 ❤.
Love the older Celica's, 70's through to '85 with the RA64 being my fave. Ya'll did a great job on this one !!!
I loved this silent straight to the chase approach although both of you seemed to have had a big fight prior to the video and now you wouldn’t talk to eachother 😂 but that‘s the point of these, no talking just ASMR wrenching , please more 😍😍😍👍🏻
LOL I was thinkng the same thing
I posted just the same thing before reading posts. Not a fan of this myself.
That make/model was my very first car.
My elder brother got it for me, I was only 16 years old. Five speed stick. _Wonderful._
I taught myself to drive it and was outlaw (no license, no vehicle registration, etc.) from that moment on, through my remaining high school years.
She and I did great things together.
Thank you for this presentation. I swoon.
I had a 77 celica. Best car i ever owned. Easy to work on.
I'm sure you guys are great speakers but I like this format. It's like a breath of fresh air compared to some of the other car vids on YT.
Fantastic work guys ❤❤ Actions speak louder than words or music, loved it and congratulations 🎊
The old fellas nods, authority of approvals.
thank you for giving the old girl new life. and reminding me of fond memories of the past.
I absolutely love this car! I am torn on the no talking bit, but it was a very well edited/shot video! I especially love the scripture quotes. Thank you for this video. You guys make me want to find an old vehicle every one else has given up on and do this. It would take me wayyyy longer than y’all!
The time it must take to create content like this would blow my mind... AMAZING JOB !!!!!
Right...when you consider each little edited segment is between 3 and 8 seconds long. Now you know how much work and creativity it takes to put together an hour final product? Very seamless presentation . Wyatt, Christian, and you Lance are a great team. Also nice to see your hat on proper Lance. Yeah I know it's on backwards when it needs to be for working.....but for some odd reason I just hate it when people wear them backwards.
I just wanted to say how great this was to see, brought back lots of memories. My Dad used to own one back in 1977, it was blue with white stripes, white vinyl interior and white vinyl on the back 1/3 of the top. It was quite a car, he loved that stick shift.
They don't talk but their works are talking to me. Indeed oddly satisfying and very rare in ytube. Every one loves to talk but not working. I am getting tired of noises. This kind attract me but of course the camera taker too has done a good job. Congratulations to all
Your work and effort is very professional in terms of montage and method of photography. Honestly, they are very creative. The number of subscribers is supposed to be more than a million. In general, good luck 👍🏼
Thank you so much 😀
@@RESTORED-HOPEhi I had posted a question and I'm not even. Sure I'm doing this right lol, but my dad watches all of your episodes and on this Celica episode at the beginning was a Chevy bel air deluxe 2 door hard top he is pretty sure that's what it was anyways lol it wasnt on the screen long it was behind you as you were walking around the Celica in the beginning. My dad wants to know if it's 4 sale, plz lmk tysm Brandi
You've done another video, maybe two like this in the past. I really do enjoy these. You absolutely have brought this one back from the near dead. Extra nice camera work and editing !!
This is one of my favourites revivals that i have watched on Restored. What great patina paintwork she has. Those wide arches look great with those wheels.
Nice to see a car I almost traded my Mustang in for. A fellow Navy buddy had one of the cars a 1973 which is almost identical to this one. I am into original, so not happy with the change of wheels or the added fender parts, but nice to see this car again and running. Sure brought back memories.
very well done once again! That yota deserved every bit of love you gave it and it looks great just the way it is!
Absolutely love the silent treatment. Nice change of pace. Great editing and production. From Ohio
Swag like Ohio..dawg like Ohio😅😅😅😅😅
Man, these guys really made it look like a movie... Great video all around👏. Loving watching old/beaten vehicles get some love, even if it's after decades ! ✌
Very happy when I saw the machine running. I'm also very proud that people in modern countries still uphold religious values. It's nice to see Bible quotes in the video.
Greetings from Indonesian Christians
Enjoyed that waaaaay more than I thought I would....cinematography and editing were phenomenal! Great job!
I miss the talking, I like knowing what’s going on. My sight is not the best.
Вот это красавцы! Браво респект вам ребята. Точило просто чудо хорошо что забрали на ремонт. Таких ныне нет!
No talk. All action. I like that.
Love a good Celica resto! You guys are amazing
This is one of the best videos on RUclips!!! Amazing work guys keep it coming and very well done!!!
Damn nice !!!! I had japanese car for more than 10 yrs.its easy to maintain & parts are cheap.Thks buddy. Its soo relaxing.Im watching while drinking coffee.
i enjoyed watching from beginning to end salute to this father - son tandem more power
O ruim desse vídeo é que ele acaba ❤
Don't care for the no talking. Need to hear that good ole Texas draw
*drawl
I chilled out to this after a stressed week.. its so relaxing
Had one of these...thanks for the mechanical trip down memory lane. What a beauty
Just found your channel. Love the no talking style.
In 1989, a mate of mine had the coupe version of this Celica sitting in his garage with its engine lying in bits on the floor next to it. It was in about the same condition as yours. I put the engine back together and dropped it in. Fired up first time.
He gave it to me. I bloody loved that car!!!
Subscribed from the UK.
Gracias por devolverlo a la
vida chicos!!! Me enganché a vuestro canal, sin decir ni una palabra se entiende todo perfectamente!!! Olee Texas!! Un abrazo desde Sevilla, España
My dream car in the 80s still is . Glad you got it going and on the road . Thanks
I love this video where no talk but business going on. I don't like when people talk. Thank you brothers
Took a trip cross-country in a 1976 Toyota Celica, car ran like a top,and got 40mpg consistently, great car!looks like some big tires on the rear of that Celica.
I watched this without skip. Man at work!
What a build!! Excellent work....
I must say this toyota is almost an exact replica of an old Subaru from the 80's my dad used to have... brings back lots of memories
Wao.. to have rebuilt this Japanese masterpiece after sitting for 30yrs it's extremely amazing. Good work guys . I love classics
Your silence talks louder for me. Very satisfying and relaxing to watch. 👍👍👍
Toyota IS Toyota ...30 years stopped and the engines roar like a lion ... congrats guys, great job !
love it..., they both work with their heart..., they even now each other without saying a word..., just work...
Toyota Läuft immer noch , keine Motorschaden!!! WOW Super!
Your method of filming is great. I hope you restore the chassis. I enjoyed watching you.❤
That Celican would have fit perfectly in my garage. Looks so very beautiful. Little upgrade, rims and paint.
This video wins all the Internet points for the day! Amazing. Now I want to sell my 97 and 02 Celicas and get ones of these!!
This was TOTALLY AWESOME!! No Talking, No music, No Nonsense or clowning around. Fabulous. (although I think it would have been a bit wise at 39:43 to wear safety gloves)
I love that you are making these without words. I don't care about any drama that is in reality TV. That BS gives me heartburn. I love this format. It's not that I don't want to hear from you guys. It just gets down to business. Thanks for the videos.
The patina symbolises the age of the car and how well it persevered but a full body job will give it due respect.
This video was a refreshing change from some of the other similar shows we see on RUclips.
Ma première Toyota Celica en 1972. Teinte rouge, intérieur noir. 5 vitesses manuelles, 1600cc. Une très agréable voiture. de Belgique.
Bravo pour votre travail très impressionnant pour rendre vie à cette Celica.
Well filmed and documented, pure restoration without the usual narrative that normally plague this type of video. Absolutely great no chat, how refreshing 👍
I have never heard such intense dialog in my life :) Love those wheels
Just love the way they have have every part they need on standby
