If this didn’t work try this : Here another way , make sure your ps4 is off and hold the power button on the ps4 for 8 seconds until u here 2 separate beeps. When you’re in safe mode connect your controller with a usb cable and press the ps button. Go to option 3 “system update” and press “update with internet” wait until it finishes it then it should be able to work. To avoid these problems next time turn the ps4 off correctly and don’t stop or pause system updates.
I don't have a iPhone I have an Android and I used a LAN cable hook up to a router went to safe mode update system software, update using internet went great when it finished I went back to the loop do you know any places to go fix my PlayStation
