Why is it that all you guys that are making these videos are saying the same bullshit people are stuck in safe mode no matter what they do it keeps going back into safe mode where is the damn solution for that
My son was playing a game and it just shut down. Now it is asking to update to new version. But after we gave it the usb with the file like it requestson PS4 website... through the sae mode - sofware update - it installs updated then it says it will restart - but it stops after 25% restarting - But it shows the screen that PS4 can not turn on and it needs update 11.02 we keep going in circles....

My wife has never had issues with her PS4, in all the years of owning it. Today she turned it on, says it cannot start, and to insert a usb with Update 11 on it. No, just rebooted into Safe Mode, went to the update option, ran that- did all of its work, system restarted... Same issue, says system cannot start. Trying to rebuild database right now. The last thing she did yesterday was Platinum a game then shut down the system, same as any day. Okay so it restarted so it could run the database rebuild, but couldn't even start the process, just got the same 'cant start system' message. What in the actual fu*k, man... Oh, also, 'restore default' then just says Error has occurred. :(
I want to know what cause it tho, I have already used option 6 and restarted everything. Then ps4 took a shit again 2 days later and it’s the same thing.
What if the PlayStation will only let you select option 7? Because my PlayStation keeps making a clicking noise and will only let me choose 7, but then it won’t detect my USB when I try to fix it
If restart option doesn’t work just go to restore to default settings You won’t lose nothing but you will have to redo the Wi-Fi and stuff and if your dash had any different theme you will have to Put it back but I Rather do all that then keep dealing with the hassle

I should have never watched your first safe mode video. You should have told everyone that you may not get out of safe mode... you need to delete that video. So now you are saying i need to delete everything to get out? I literally tried everything except initialization and cannot get out of safe mode. Delete your first video before more people like me get a messed up ps4. Ive had a new disc drive not reading was not a big deal but now i dont have a working ps4

I got my cousins ps4 and after repearing the fan, I can get into it and need to reinstall but can only press x and o on it
