Hey, guys, because I don't often look at RUclips, I wrote some experience in rescuing bearded dragon as comments to avoid delaying some rescue inquiries. If you get a very sick bearded dragon, please make sure that you can provide it with a feeding box that can install UVB and UVA lights, which is very important. Don't be in a hurry to feed. You can mix electrolytes with drinking water to bathe it, but be sure not to use too much water to cause secondary damage. It shall be conducted in the insulation box as far as possible to avoid temperature loss. If it has survived the first day, it can be softened with some lizard solid food and fed with glucose or electrolyte (because the lizard food contains calcium, so I don't need to put calcium powder specifically) into a syringe. It can be injected into the mouth to see if it has a desire to eat. If it does, congratulations. It has a high probability of surviving. Repeat these steps in the next few days. When it gets better, it can try to feed insects. I recommend that dubia cockroach be fed with calcium powder containing D3 in oilseed lettuce. Of course, if your baby has some additional abnormalities, such as illness, it is best to go to a professional veterinary hospital for treatment. (Chachi probability is caused by calcium deficiency and long-term hunger)

This is just superb, I have been researching "do female bearded dragons lay eggs without a male?" for a while now, and I think this has helped. Have you ever come across - Benophia Unconventional Bulldozer - (search on google ) ? It is a great exclusive guide for discovering how to keep your bearded dragon safe without the normal expense. Ive heard some extraordinary things about it and my neighbour got great success with it.

When I got my sweet little lizard, he was struggling with various health issues too. Malnourished, underdeveloped, riddled with parasites, things like that. It took a long time, but he is now happy, healthy, and loving. For every horrible person who lets their pet get to such a point where it is barely alive like this little guy was, there is someone else like you, who will do whatever it takes to keep them alive. You are a wonderful person

I’m sobbing. I am literally sobbing. Both over how sad and horrible his previous owners cared for him, AND HOW AMAZINGLY AND BEAUTIFULLY HE RECOVERED!!!! He bounced back amazingly and you did a wonderful job caring for him! Thank you for taking such good care of him. ❤️
I’ll admit this video really hits home for me, because I have a rescue beardie myself, named Mulder. He was in a very similar situation as Chachi was before, Neglected horribly and got really bad MBD which left him deformed somewhat and he has trouble walking sorta, but when I first got him he was really unresponsive and unalert, needed help eating and etc. But after several months of special care and attention and love and rehabilitation to him, he’s now 100% like a normal beardie that looks a bit different from the usual one. He gets around great, has an amazing appetite and is the sweetest most gentle and cuddly thing ever who loves snuggles and attention, he’s just like my other 4! Rescuing and rehabilitating bearded dragons is hard and sometimes heartbreaking, but in the end it is always worth it saving an innocent animal’s life. 💜💜💜
If any of y’all want to see how Mulder (and my other animals) is doing, check here: www.beardeddragon.org/forums/viewtopic.php?f=49&t=257699&hilit=+Mulder#p1955322

This is really a record. Thanks for expanding my knowledge. Prior to this video, I thought a bearded dragon in that condition has no chance of survival and the best thing would be to just put it in the refrigerator so it can go slowly. I fully expected this video to document how you cared for him for a week or 2 before one morning finding that he had died in his sleep. You have shown me a fighting spirit for survival I did not know these animals had.

They survive not just for themselves but for their owners. Because the want the love and attention. So to see this one holding on for so long showed that they want to live and be loved not casted away. And I agree with the statement of. If you do this you are unfit to have bearded dragons.

Thank you so much for sharing this with us I just got one that looks like that he was left in the box in front of my local pet store and when I went in to get things for my animals I seen him in there and the owner told me what happened that morning when she went to open up the door there he was in a box I am trying to help nurse him back to health I called my vet which the closest reptile vet near me is 3 hour's away I'm still waiting for a call back so all the things I can learn how to help him is nice I don't understand why people let there animals get like this and then dump them like there trash I will do everything I can to try to save him but it really takes a lot of the reptile community to help other's learn I'm so glad the reptile community is growing and every one is always so caring in the comment section u did a wonderful job with urs I hope I have the same luck this one is struggling to breathe u can hear him take in a breath of air he can't open his eyes he is so weak he can't move 😭 any other recommendations would be so appreciated thank you
