You showed some seriously good backing and trailering skills at the beginning of this video !!!!
BB Cooter Thank You!
My Dad taught me to drive back in the 60's, cars and trucks, of course! He always told me, "Don't think about it as"backing up" learn to drive it both directions!!
I noticed how well she slid it in there also!

Sorry to hear about your butt! Seriously, glad you’re ok. I’ve done the same thing, and it’s no joke. Your son is so sweet to want to call for help. You are a good mom.
First of all thank you for being a good role model in the trucking industry I love the way you care about what you do and your company also I’m glad to hear you’re doing OK since your fall and of course congratulations on your pregnancy and I’m glad the baby is OK too. Keep doing what you do I love watching your videos!
I appreciate that!!!
Thanks for a great video with an awesome response to negativity. Well said! Unfortunately, people jump to extremes way too often! Drive safely!
Glad you're ok and yes the tail bone thing is painful. Same thing happened to me years ago, took months for it to quit hurting. Stay safe out there!
Alan Williamson it’s feeling better already. It still hurts but I’m doing better.
Dominique, you seem like a decent person, a very good driver, and talented. I lived in North Eastern Washington state (colville) from 05 to 09 and I'm glad you're not letting the idiots get to you!
Safety is always the upmost priority in trucking for yourself and those around you. There are good and bad drivers in every aspect of the industry. Always be cautious and do the very best job possible and go home happy. Another enjoyable video Dauminique, thank you. Doug.
Love the videos, keep doing what you're doing and stay safe!👍
Thanks, you too!
Glad everything is well and lighten your loads and watch your steps and keep your great smile coming
First of all, I am glad your OK after your river excursion - bonding with your kids can be painful at times! Secondly, what a very good, rational response to people who make rash statements. Your common sense is something that appears to be missing much of the time in todays world. Keep on truckin!
One more thing, drivers like you are very hard to find. Courteous, you care about the equipment and you represent the company well. Keep up the good work. 🙏🇺🇸
Thanks for that
Hey girl I am a new subscriber love watching your videos, you got to be one of the prettiest drivers I have seen in a long while and you know how to handle that rig just saying.
Just came across your content, im a hsavy hauler with System Transport running on in your neck of the woods all the time, keep it up!
Enjoy your videos and you make pulling that trailer look too easy. They maybe here, but I can't remember ever seeing a dump truck and trailer combination like yours in Alabama. Glad you didn't break anything when you fell.
Yeah its a regional set up for sure.
Great skills!! Love your videos! An inspiration to the industry!
Thank you!
Always great to see your hard working....
Unfortunately we live in a world where certain people like to moan, this week its dump truck drivers, next week it will be taxi drivers ! Treat it as "water off a ducks back" as we say here :)
Barry Holden pretty much
Glad your ok D. Take it easy and keep backing that pup like a boss👍. AND showing them negative commenters they can’t say ALL drivers, cuz you sure do it right....
I appreciate that
I am sorry you fell . Hope you are better soon..god loves you and so do I
Looking good and doing great! Glad you and the baby are ok
Keep up the awesome work Ur always happy I admire you the way you get on with the job
Thank you!
Great job with this young channel. Interesting variation to see a bit more of what is going on outside the truck)
Thank you
be careful gurl glad you are ok great to see you again xoxo
Very well put. You have to ignore all the ignorant trolls that leave nasty comments. Most have no idea what they talking about. Be safe, happy and continue to be the great mom and truck driver that you are.
Thank you, I will
I'm from the NW. Drove for 36 years. Town driving is the most trying.of patience. Keep it up . You have a good job be safe keep the dirty side down👍
Thank you, I will
From a Kenworth dump truck driver and pilot from NC, keep up the good work and great videos! When you get time to start back, throw in some flying videos too!
Thanks! Will do!
Well from what I can see you are a great Driver and good looking too iv been trucking Heavy haul for 27yrs i neel down to you for getting into this industry good job again
It is so sweet that your son is so concerned for you and the little guy. He'll make a good big brother.
He is a very sweet boy when he wants to be.
Ouch! Hope you heal soon.
glad to hear all is well, this is Jan '21 so am a little late but just caught most of your videos. good job o
n the backing the pup. I agree with you on the good and bad in almost everything. I do almost joking think that everybody should have to drive a truck before they get a license to drive a 4-wheeler so they know just how long it takes to stops one of those beasts with that kind of weight, then maybe they wouldn't be so eager to pull out in front of you. Drive safe!!
Nice camera placement. I like that!
I'm glad you like it
Nice backing up with the trailer🚧🚜
Thank you
Dominique there are a lot of people who say stupid things because they can and often are self entitled. Often a lot of people say things and have no idea what they are talking about because they haven't experienced some things.Keep up the good work.
Never seen a trailer setup where you dump while staying doubled up. Pretty swag👌
Its pretty much the most common set up here.
I enjoy watching how it’s done in the USA awesome work and great videos
I do the same job in Australia and I enjoy it too
Yes dear your right for sure people who don’t no the business talk is cheap ! But as always great video last talking more trucking enjoy 😊 the last couple weeks of summer ! Take care keep smiling 😎😎
Sorry to hear that someone made that type of comment to you.. Your response of Composure and professionalism is very admirable! Safety is paramount especially when you have a family to get home to. May need to get one of those butt donuts!! lol
( it looks like one of those padded toilet seats, but, its not one).. : ) Good luck with Dr's appt. hope all is well!!
The comments don't bother me, I just thought I would mention why I think they are wrong. I should be better soon!
Good video and definitely good points I'm with you there are good and bad drivers and there are good and bad people in all professions whether it's a teacher a policeman a truck driver Uber driver it doesn't matter good and bad of all professions.
You seem like you've got a handle on what you're doing and you definitely know how to handle that truck and trailer so keep doing what you're doing and by the way just a sidebar you are absolutely glowing in this pregnancy and again big congrats on the new arrival very very happy for you and the family. Stay safe Keep it Between the Lines
What a caring son you have Dauminique, take care out there. People just don't like following trucks and that's pretty universal. I don't drive trucks anymore but would regularly see impatient drivers overtake dangerously when I was.
Yeah I know. They forget that their world only turns because of trucks, all types.
Coming from Australia, I cannot believe how long that trailer drawbar is, amazing. Great videos, always interesting to see how things are done elsewhere. Cheers
It's really not that long. People say that and I never really understand it because its how its been done my entire life haha
Got to love how sealed the cab in a kenworth is that you have to roll the window
Down just to get the door closed
The only reason they do that is cause they don't use cab vents like everyone else does. The air flow sucks on these things when set for fresh air because of this.
thanks for great video.. i agree with your out look all the way.. one thing i found in my 37yrs of trucking is you get what you pay for ( driver pay,, benfit,s ) and even then there was good drivers working for crappy companys,, just starting out ?? etc... also you are a damn good driver from what i have seen.. take care and god bless and hope your butt quits hurting
lol Thank you!
The opening reversing was spot on wish I could have ago reversing a tipper with a wagon 🤓👌
Thank you!
I have say I came across your channel and I’m impressed on your driving skills ,backing up dumping a load.Making this video You got this !👍🏼 you’re are absolutely very beautiful and the sweetest.
Wow, thank you
Dauminique The Dump Truck Driver You are more than welcome!
Great video. I have too agree with you concerning bad drivers. I will go out on a limb and say that the drivers now days of big companies aren't very good. I blame that on their training. Companies such as Swift put a trainee in a truck with a trainer who may only have 6 months of driving. Even today I consider myself the most defensive driver on the hwy. I drove OTR over 40 years accident free and over 4 million miles before I retired. I have watched your videos and I love the way you drive and that you are constantly checking your mirrors. Your shifting gears is great. Hope you get to feeling better. Keep up the hard work and stay safe and healthy. 👍💕🙏
Just like all schooling people come out of truck driving school with basic knowledge and need a ton of on the job training to get proficient in truck driving. That being said, I couldn’t just go hop in a fuel tanker and be proficient, even after all these years I would need more training. Always be willing to learn!
thank, you for sharing you're video.
Some have a gear keeper but the they put it up in an airhorn type configuration and that keeps the CB within reach while keeping the driver safe and sound
Awesome dumping DaumDaum. Kool as a Kucumber. & still rock'n them over-alls. Keep On Truck'n!
Thanks! Will do!
What really hurts is when your getting out of a truck and your arm gets in between the stack guard and the cab and get burned
I am loving your videos mrs lady D
The intro sound of that Cummins ISX sounded like an old Detroit Diesel engine. Very nice!
Amazing backing up skills, with a long trailer no less! I assume that is the hardest thing to teach new drivers. I drive a 15 passenger van in my job and I'm embarrassed at my poor reverse driving!
haha Thank you! When I started pulling one of these trailers it came naturally to me but it definitely took years to get good at it.
Just don't worry about the haters, you're doing a fine job working up to your due date, there's bad in every part of our industry, dump, freight, petroleum, even lowboy, people will always complain, we're slow, we're this, we're that, just do speed limit and you'll be fine, I am impressed how you back that pup around, stay safe and God bless!
Oh I know, I just thought I would touch on it. Thank you!
Thats pretty dope you you dumped both loads like that. When I first saw the trailer and truck full I thought you'd have to disconnect the trailer to dump the truck but nope, that was neat
You guys did a really nice job of swimming around I'm coming there a couple times with my T&T my side though but I could not make that scale and that really sucks.
It takes practice, its easy to mess up. I have messed it up before.
The difference is often whether people/drivers care about the details and pay attention to the details. Some do and some don't. Those who don't usually don't care. Caring people pay attention to details and hold those issues to heart. You are one of those caring people who pays attention to details because you care. It is who you are deep down. You live that "I care attitude." Those other drivers just don't care.... They also miss a lot in life because they don't notice others and the details.
Yep, You can be miserable with something to put your mind to so you are distracted or miserable at home with just your tail bone to put your mind to. I'm with you.
Stay safe.
Completely!!!
Glad you're OK please be careful damn have a great week
I'll be fine. I'm tough.
I'm with you on the bruised tailbone. I bruised mine pretty bad back in '96. Takes forever to heal, and it still hurts sometimes. A person doesn't realize how much they use their ass until they've injured it.
Lol yes
Your doing a fine job driver. Keep up the good work. Have a good day ma'am.
Bad azz double drop at the beginning. Your obviously one tough gal, pregnant, still being bounced around in that truck AND mending a tail bone. AWESOME JOB GAL !!!
Thank you!!! I'll be ok, it will heal quick!
talk about bad driver, go to a boat ramp sometime and you will see lots of bad backers. I've got to say Daminique you back that truck and pup very well, and don't let any one tell you differently because you are a true PRO. So keep up the good work!!
Loved these fine words you spoked on.............
Michael Madsen thank you!
Ouch did that a few years ago. My tailbone hurt for a couple months. Hope it don’t last as long as mine did. Seen you in granite falls a couple days a go. Stay save out there.
Its no good, I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. Did you wave???
Dauminique The Dump Truck Driver yes I waved you was looking down on the floor by the shifter. Lol have a great weekend
I bruised my tailbone several years ago. True Misery. I was too proud (stupid) to get one, but my GF at the time bought me a little inflatable donut thing to sit on. It helped. Cheers!
In BC here and it's the companies and owner/operators who lowball prices, wages and maintenance that concern me. Recipe for disaster. Knew a guy on Vancouver Island who was a mobile heavy duty mechanic. He got called to a local batch plant to replace one set of rear brakes on one of their transit mixers. Fella said it was beyond gone, and a quick check showed the rest were a couple of trips away from that (important since that plant was at the bottom of a steep hill with heavy traffic). He notified the company rep that they should all be done but was told to just do the one, the others were fine. This was a major company with little to no regional competition (and concrete isn't something you buy from any great distance) so their lack of maintenance was down to maximizing profits - they could easily jack up prices a bit to pay for safe trucks but chose not to. It was the same with one motor coach company doing ski hill charters. he stopped working for them because they a) were a liability risk for him and b) never paid their bills. Get the bottom feeders out of any industry and things are better and safer for everyone.
I drove 379 peterbuilt pulling bottom dump for years in south Dakota came home my wife left Xmas morning while I was asleep now I run front end loader loading logs I miss it had big cat could ride glad your ok
Hi Dauminique, I am lucky to drive for a company that encourages safe and courteous driving, we are SAFED ( Safe And Fuel Efficiency Driving ) trained and they monitor the performance of your driving in a similar way to the company you drive for. There are still many tipper operators here in the UK that have a reputation not so much for overloading but for pushing their driver's to the limit which encourages them to speed to get the job done giving them a bad reputation not just within the industry but with the general public also. Sorry to hear about your fall please take care of yourself, I hope you are soon free from the pain and feeling better soon.
They monitor my GPS but not closely. If I was continuously speeding and getting complaint they for sure wouldnt put up with it. Thanks for watching!
My truck is governed at 65mph. No GPS though. Speed, weight and traffic needs 100% focus at all times! Stay safe trucking!
I was paid percentage (by the load) out in So CA which created all kinds of problems! Speed limit in California is 55 MPH everywhere but my truck could go well beyond 70 (not governed) and I often drove that fast because I was literally in a race with other drivers and yes, we were often “A-holes” out there! I spent about a month at a larger company that paid hourly (and trucks governed at 57 MPH) but hated being micro-managed so I quit and went back to my old truck and stayed there until I got back into Aerospace.
Running freight between Houston and Dallas, I run 75 MPH whenever safe and possible (it’s legal here) and the only ones passing me are end-dumpers and Bull Haulers!😎
great job Dauinique
I hope you get better you're a good truck driver
Well said 👍
Thank you!
your totally right we’re all different in our way.
on setup from canadan almost similar to your setup been close 130,000lbs....but roll on an have good one
Don't tell anyone but Ive been that heavy before....not on purpose but it just happened lol.
My sister was horrible backing down our driveway. I would say keep your mirror straight with the edge of the driveway and you’ll get it. Finally it sunk in with her and now she’s very good at it.
I hope your tail bone gets well I fell on frozen ice it took a while to get better you take it easy God bless you and your family.
Thank you!
There's good and bad drivers both in all categories of vehicles. So to the person's pointing out dump truck drivers aren't looking at the bigger problem. Your doing a great job.
oh for sure, I think anyone who blames one group really needs to do a little more self reflection.
You are doing really good so keep it up
Thanks!
Geeeez, glad you and the baby are OK! Careful!
You are correct. & just because your windshield gets busted doesn’t mean it come from the back of the truck most the time it comes off the tires just like every other vehicle & Oh I thought I was a good driver when I drove over the road but being in a dump truck in the situations we get in im a much better driver now than I was before
Well I don't know about Dump Truck Drivers ? Even though I know a lot of them ! I do know one thing , you are a Driver& a good one ! Forget the Man or Woman , you are a Driver & I like your videos ! In all walks of life there are people that are dedicated to what they do & try to learn something new every day & those that just want a paycheck !
It unfortunately never gets better with some drivers. There will always be those that are a menace on the road. Yes, with gps and everything in the trucks it has made a big difference. Whether otr, dump truck, box truck, etc. To me the worst are the drivers in cars, pick ups and suv's. Having driven truck and seeing them in action, they seem to think that any kind of truck can stop on a dime when they cut in front of you because they are in a big rush to get nowhere. Keep the videos coming and know that we who subscribe enjoy them.
Some people don't realize dump trucks help build & reconstruct the roads we travel on and help build homes & businesses by hauling materials for New home builds or demo jobs
If u got it, a truck brought it!
You’re right, They dont realize that every single building they go into was build using dump trucks....Trucking keeps America moving and people have no clue.
Hope the tail bone isn't a break. Did that in a volleyball game and hurt for weeks. Didn't heal fully for over 20 years but the pain only seemed to hit with a snap when I was flat on a creeper under a truck. Pain went away with a snap when I rolled out and brought my right knee to my chin.
Yeah i hope it heals quick
My Brother drives gasoline/ethanol tanker for a living. His company has GPS, Cameras in and out and Training everyday before he leaves on his route. If they kick that camera on and catches him on the phone or eating or drinking in the cab or the monitor flags him for speed. He is fired on the spot. I dig what your saying. Opinions are like assholes, everyone has one. Keep on Truckin.............
Yeah luckily we don't have all of that, We just have GPS. The big company that I worked for before I moved here got all of that stuff installed after I left though.
Good job 👍
That had to be funny to see. Glad your ok. I cracked my tailbone. It sucks. ( got a name- Mitchell)
I agree 100 percent on your entire opinion....super good video
Thank you
I drive a school bus during my off time from the boat and I find dump truck drivers very road friendly and courteous when I meet or follow them on the roads in the river bottoms along the Ohio river!!
I try to be as courteous as possible, especially to school buses!
Very good point on drivers, depends on the driver
Another thing on dump trucks: here in Wisconsin many don`t have mud flaps. I mentioned it to a cop and he said they lobbied it at the capitol. So the most likely truck to throw a rock at your windshield, or my face while on the motorcycle, doesn`t have to be equipped with mud flaps. Senseless.
Yoo this channel is lit 🔥🔥
Bam 🔥
I like the views on your GoPro🙂
Thank you!
Hi from England. Really enjoy your videos but would appreciate if you could explain why there is such a gig gap between your truck and trailer. In England the distance is usually much smaller.
That is some crucial skill!
Awesome video
Thanks
Our senior driver has told me the same thing, running heavy and fast was normal. Not anymore...
New subscriber love your videos
I used to be a dump truck driver I would get paid by the hour
I hope you feel better soon!
Thank you!
Nice to see you😊
Hello 😊
Keep on smiling, and be careful have a great day
Thanks, you too!
