The air compressor that it's hooked to existed to feed the shop before I got the table. It's a 120 gallon horizontal Atlas Copo with dual 7.5HP pumps, so I never really worry about running out of air. Just a few weeks ago I put a desicant dryer on the line to my Hypertherm because of all the water I suddenly had to deal with because of the super high humidity...
I have several local steel shops that I buy from. A good bit of what I buy is either AR400 or AR450. If I really need wear resistance, I'll do AR500...
what air setup u got on that hypertherm 85?

Amp and feed rate for the AR500?
This was running at 85 amps and between 40 and 45 IPM...
