The real Týr was the perfect Mentor for Kratos

I love how they showed Real Týr is an absolute powerhouse
So strong even Kratos writes about how he understands people's respect for him. Even Thor would think twice before stepping to Týr
Odin's slanderous portrayal of Tyr is a gardener in a war...the real Tyr, once broken out of his prison, is a soldier in a garden.

@@ThatDwag69 that's what I'm curious about. Cause she was divorced from Odin at that point and exiled to Midgard. Hence the idk if she still counts.

This is a great retrospective look at Týr and his new role as a mentor to Kratos. It was Týr's story that actually made Kratos start to believe that there could be good gods. It's also fascinating that when Kratos sparred with Týr, it marks his second battle with a god of war, but the first time he fought a god of war without the intent to kill.
It was such a good feeling to see Kratos confront his feelings and find the truth that his guilt pushed down within him.
Well, we finally found a therapist for Guts...

I think Tyrs part in ragnarok was a misunderstanding on the part of odin and others. They saw the man with the spear and assumed it was Tyr. Instead it was Kratos. Or at least that's what I think.
More and more this franchise is confirming the theory that three God of war will become the wisemen and meeting Jesus since rumors are Egypt is next which makes sense since that would be the three biggest religious groups so far

No, Tyr is an ancient god of laws, war, and justice, the fragments of his titles and feats suggested that he applied retribution to those deemed criminals and wrongdoers, he also was a god who had to abide by what he swore, for when Fenrir, his friend, said he would only trust him if he put his hand on his mouth
@@visionofsolace8961 adjectives, titles and nouns aren’t so clear in the Runic language. I’m referring to when Loki tricked another dude into killing Baldr with a mistletoe arrow. My guess that was a metaphor for when the devil decieved the people into killing Jesus?
