fight scenes in this were top class, the highlight of the film. id recommend it to fight fans, maybe spy fans, other people will be hard pressed to see it.

It's simple, has realistic fighting (not typical hollywood bullshit). I found it really refreshing compared to the constant CG and explosions you get in today's action movies. If you're going in expecting the Expendables or Batman then expect to be dissapinted.

Most movies have mediocre to poor endings . The best part of most actions movies is i the first fifteen to thirty minutes ,after that it's just a matter of the obvious being played out . But with Haywire it was the ending that was the most satisfying part . when she drops down from the roof onto the veranda and Antonio turns around, pauses and quite utters " shit " , you know it's a done deal ! One of my all time favorite endings .

It has too many loose ends,mysterious endings. We dont know if she gets to the truth about Michael Douglas double playing her etc,so it seems very obvious a follow up Haywire 2 will come. I would love to see a good follow. Ive gotten so bored out of nonstop testeron violence and steroid-yelling dialogue of fighters trying it into movies,but Haywire is a A-movie. And hands down Gina Carano,you have a talent for acting too baby!

Some people need unrealistic action scenes to be entertained, some of us can appreciate a fairly realistic fight scene, that is not boring in my opinion. It is what it is, if you are looking for more dialog watch something else. For what it is, is a GOOD movie.

Ah man,she did that part TOP CLASSED,the way she was stumbling out like a true junkie,not anyone can do it that beliveable. That was pure talent. Havent been in Dublin but i can imagine,and i laughed soo good over your comment on this haha. It would be too easy if she hijacked the car and drove off,instead she obviously saw a college sweater in the front seat,had observed she was surrounded by junkies,and....the rest is history. LOVED it :D
Bout time us ladies had an actio hero who is as bada** & can hold her own alongside Van Damme, Norris, & Stallone! Go get em' Gina! & she's the real deal. Mixed Martial Arts Champion many times over! What an amazing ensemble cast too! This so rocks! Gina in Da House!
Great film. Great directing. Great cast. Great soundtrack. Carano is awesome. She holds her own acting & kicks a ton of ass. If you like a good spy thriller check it out

Have you head of Greg Jackson or Randy Couture? Yeah, that's who she trained under. They are literally some of the best.
"Neither of us know what really went down" The evidence points to Bruce not being a fighter, or hardly ever fighting. Like I said, check out Joe Lewis' interview. Also checkout the events surrounding his fight with Wong Jack Man, a person who he actually fought.
The main problem was it's lack of action scenes and being slow paced at the beginning. A sequel would be better if the filmakers up their game. I'd love to see more of Gina Carano.

Overall it was enjoyable movie. Several excellent scenes. I like Gina, and she did better than i thought she would. The part with Fasbender was really good. But i have to say, the deer and the beach scene were ridiculous.

I actually didnt know till yesterday, that she used to be a professional MMA fighter. I guess that explains her fit body and the "real" fighting style.
Its pretty fresh on the rental-buying marked here now,and i bought it this Tuesday. Was a sceptical? Just another spandex sterioid-wrestler or any other fighter going into movies? YEAH i was,and this trailer "sucks". But the movie is top class,with A-list actors backing it up,and Gina does some impressive,natural dialogue,emotional bodywork no other fighter has done. Gina is way better then any other fighter in a movie,and the fight scenes are realistic,not over effected! I see a Haywire 2 comin

I honestly feel like people hate these women action movies. Everyone seems to hate Salt yet it was pretty good with critics, and I thought it had a great story and was a great movie throughout. Haven't seen this movie but the critics loved it yet a lot of people say it's bad. It must be the genre.

This is not so bad movie. What I like about this movie is all the major actors/stars who usually play heroes are cast as villains here.

Thank god for Gina Carano in the movie! Without her, this would have been the first movie, how they were, I haven't fully watched.
If you're seeing this and the trailer is still going, HIT STOP. Don't watch any more. Let the film be full of surprises!
