OAD meditations promo

For the last few months I’ve been working with the International Astronomical Union (IAU) Office of Astronomy for Development (OAD) to produce a series of recorded mindful stargazing meditations.

The OAD’s mission is to use of astronomy as a tool for sustainable development globally through three main areas:
- Socio-economic development through astronomy
- Astronomy knowledge and skills for development
- Astronomy for mental health
I think it's just amazing that here we have an internationally funded NGO with a primary aim of using astronomy to improve people’s mental health. Remarkable!
