I was stressing myself out about classes and didn’t realize how much I needed this. I often forget to afford myself the same love and understanding that I try to give other people. Cried a little. Thank you
Now take that realization and use it to help you long term help yourself . Try to see all these little things you let others deplete from you every day and how weak you feel at the end of the day and just decide NO . I deserve better . Make sure to ask yourself a few things threw out the day . Start with what do I want or need at this moment? How do I want to feel or seem at this time and in the future for my mental well being not how others see you . Why did I act the way I did and how can I change it to make me feel better about the me I am ? Realize you have been keeping the same mind set for most of your life so the feelings you feel also stay the same good or bad . They can not change until you realize that if a feeling feels scary or odd and your first thought is run . It's because it's different then the pain you have been used to your entire life or joy you have felt your entire life all depending on how you have felt about your life and for me it was endless pain and I had given up on fixing me because again it was out of my pay grade . I am my pay grade now . I see I deserve more of my time and respect and wow love then anyone else ever my pack . They have to take what's left after me but what's left is much better then it was . I have only been doing this for a super short time but it's been big for me . I hope to help others but I help me now . I hear others yell ego is bad but I did not have one until 45 so I see the difference and am not putting others first anymore especially given they gave up on me first . They do not deserve me at my best after all this work . I deserve my forgiveness because I kept trying at least I keep coming back . I am just telling my truths .

I am currently dealing with my anxiety as I compose the sentences in this comment. I somehow felt calm and relieved after listening to this. I meditated and took a quick break from the world. This will definitely be in my meditation checklist. It really helped me. Thanks sir Paul for doing this!
I just did this - but I have no idea if I did it 'right' or if there is even a right way to do it. But its my very first time ever doing anything like this. At the end when I opened my eyes in the quiet of my living room I had to blink a number of times, as if I needed to wake up and get my brain back into gear. It was almost like I had been asleep, but I hadn't been because I was listening to the instruction. A very strange experience (but not unpleasant) - but I'll keep going.
My dad passed away from complications of Parkinson's. I was his caregiver with my mom. I blame myself all the time that I couldn't save him. I miss him so much. I am trying to heal and go on. Meditation helps me to do that. This was a great one. Thanks 👍😊❤

Lov video! My five-year relationship came to an end a month ago. The love of my life chose to leave, and I can't stop thinking about him; I love him so deeply. I've done everything I can to win him back, but nothing seems to work. I'm feeling frustrated and can't imagine my life with anyone else. Despite my efforts to move on, I just can't shake the thoughts of him. I don’t know why I’m sharing this, but I really miss him!
