Except now most Samsung tvs come with prime set on as a default app and cannot be deleted

I had a 16 year old TV,not a smart TV of course,Samsumg great Tv,but it' starting to have issues now.Finally I bought a Smart one bc I have been watching Prime TV on a 27" TV in my bedroom I never could connect fire TV to my old one,and Now the New TV has the Prime Video App,and I do not know how to reset this on my new one. Do I need to close my Prime app on my 27" TV in order to reset it in my new TV?
