I realize this video was uploaded 2 years ago but just wanna let you know, step number one with the power button hold worked and hulu loaded just fine!!! Before I typed my problem in the search bar here on RUclips I almost uninstalled the Hulu app and reinstalled it..... So glad I found your video and thank you for posting it!!!
And to help your algorithm (even though like I said I know this is from 2 years ago) I'm going to continue to watch the rest of the video so it doesn't register as a partial watch!!!

First option fixed the issue! I was getting the error that it would not connect, almost as if the wifi connection was failing. Everthing else (Netflix, etc) did work. Thank you!!

Thank you! Holding the power button was all I needed. I couldn't figure out how to shut down the apps running in the background without unplugging it because simply turning it on/off wasn't working

For step 1 -- I held the power button for an extremely long time, the Samsung logo never came up. However, it still worked, so I assume it had the same effect. Thank you!

Ugh I went through all these options and none worked. My issue was an update needed but tv was saying no updates and reinstall app wasn't working. Figured out it must have been a memory issue as I deleted a bunch of apps I didn't use and then the reinstall worked and its fine now. Thanks for this troubleshooting video though....
