Your Amazon Prime Video may not be loading or opening, maybe its frozen, black screen or you may even get an error message or other issues.     Bro, thank you soo much I was getting frustrated for a few minutes because I tried some of the other options already. But the first one ended up good to go even though the first time it didn’t work. I suggest trying at least twice before skipping to the next solution

    Hi just wanted to say thankyou for your helpful video.
    My parents who are in there 80s were unable to load Prime
    I tried over the phone to walk them through it not happening lol
    I ended up traveling to there home 2 hours away

    I’ve been watching a show on Amazon Video every day/night for the last week and had no issues with it. I went to watch something tonight and it just kept opening to the Amazon Video logo and staying frozen on that. I deleted the app, added it back to my home on the Smart Hub, and reinstalled it but nothing worked. I tried your first trick of holding down the on/off button until the Samsung Smart TV popped up and restarted the TV and then waited about a minute. It immediately loaded up and is working fine now. Thank you! 😊

    I’m glad I’m not the only one having problems. My problem isn’t the fact that it doesn’t open, it’s just when I try to watch something it’ll load and load and say “something went wrong” going to try these so annoyed.

      Afff! Active la suscripción ayer de Amazon.. Lo baje al Smart TV, todo joya.. Y hoy de la nada entraba a la interfaz y NADA.. No pude usarlo en todo el día.. Intenté todo!     I have a TCL Roku and every once in a while the images on Prime interface are not there. So annoying! I tried unplugging the TV and then re-plugging it and it worked! Thank you!!!!

    Thanks a lot for this. Just bought a new TV and everyday after a few hours it stopped playing videos on Amazon, showing an error message. Factory reset solved the problem, but it takes time and I have to re-add the TV to all my alexa routines that include the TV. Your video solved on the very first tip.

    Stuck on the Amazon logo for days. Comcast was no help - they told me to call Samsung. Good luck with that! Holding the red button down did the trick. First option worked and I am up and running again! Thanks for the great help on this video.

    Wow, thank you so so much. It worked by just pressing and holding the on/off button and wait for the Samsung logo. You are the best 😀. I decided to edit my reply because I wanted to ask you a question. The freeze has happened twice now, once last week (the next day Prime Video got unstuck by itself) and yesterday. I was hoping that, Prime Video will get unstuck the following day as it did before but it didn’t happened. It seems to me that your video is very recent because the comments are only at the most 3 weeks old. So it seems to me that this is a recent problem that people are experiencing. I bought my Samsung SmartTV approximately 2 years ago and I have add Prime Video on it since day one. Do you know why this is happening after 2 years and twice in a matter of couple of weeks. Once again thank you so much.

      Had a long chat with Amazon agent and they are saying that there is an issue from samsung end . Netflix and other apps works perfectly fine and only the prime video app seems to be affected. After 10 days and still Samsung hasn't fixed the issue and my Amazon ticket for this concern is still open ..
