- If you have Samsung Smart TV and your Neflix app is not working. Maybe its not loading or opening, screen turns black, it starts then stops, it freezes or you get some kind of error message. I had been struggling to get my netflix to work for 3 days... Something told me to watch a RUclips video although it was tons of videos. I was drawn to this video and after the 3rd step it started working. I want to say "THANK YOU" for taking the time out of your busy day to make a video to help others. You are a life saver! In past.....option 3 has worked for me...but then I would have to wait for tv to "update the hub".....even this did not work this time....no update hub message! So your next option.....turn off tv....then hold the red button for a few seconds when restarting tv....worked like a charm! I guess it reset or updated the hub by doing that......will definitely try that first the next time. I am sooooo greatful to you for posting this video & demonstrating each step!

Go to settings show all settings scroll down to the update page click device care scroll down to device manager reset hub should work my netflix was broken for months
