  • Chapter 16 of the NASM Essentials of Personal Fitness Training manual discusses core training and the muscles involved, exercises used, and the rationale behind how we can enhance performance, decrease injury risk, rehabilitate faster, and optimize posture. There are also three great progressions of core exercises to help those at all levels.

    I really appreciate your videos- but silencing your notifications while you are recording a video would be very helpful. It is distracting and comes off unprofessional. Thank you so much for the content though.

    Bro the notifications are very distracting in this video. Might want to silence your phone or something next time as allow those us watching to learn to be able to focus better
