    I passed last Tuesday the test was very scary at first but if you just study hard than taking it was a breeze

    I stumbled across your videos 2 days before my NASM test. It is by far the best study material I have come across! I read the first half of the NASM book 2 years ago and then quit because I was overwhelmed. I just read the 2nd half of the book this month and decided to try the exam to see what would happen, even though I was very uncertain about my retention. 2 days of binging your content is why I passed the test!!     In practical test : How many minutes conduct the cardio assessment for somebody want to reduce weight
    if the person is overweight.
    It can cause knee pain
    We can do below VT1 but for exam perspective how many min is okay

    I passed the non proctored, but should I still do the proctored one to have the NCCA credit?

      Absolutely! It carries more weight if you are looking to get hired at a gym.
