I've come to your page after having had a meltdown about how I can't seem to do anything right and how I'm so far behind my peers. You're godsend Sam. You're not just teaching me anatomy, you're also uplifting my spirits. Lots of love to you.
I always wondered who he reminded me of….? But because he was so nice I never thought Mr House lol Thankyou for answering an ongoing question for myself…!
I love 💕 the way he teaches... We can see passion in all of his actions...i wonder why are there views very less ... actually he deserves a lot more....❤❤
Dear @SamWebster I’m Sophie senior physiotherapist student and we bumped into a little issue with the rectus abdominis muscle. In the Hungarian literature it says that the rectus abdominis origins from the 5th and 7th ribs and processus xylhoideus of the sternum and inserts in os pubis’s symphysis while on the other hand english literature says it’s the other way around. I belive functionally, anatomically and considering the biomechanics of the body it would be logical what the english literature says that the rectus abdominis origins from the symphysis…but i’m not sure. I would like to ask your opinion about this topic? thank you in advance, Sophie
Dead lift and work all this in one compound movement. The rate coding and consecutive muscle activation to execute the movement safely is a wonder to experience. Burn more fat (use more energy) if you want with the clean and jerk or deadlift straight into a push press. Start low and use progressive overload slowly to build the technique into the mind. Low and slow. Great vid!
I have a question. Why does my left side of my abdominal ms. Goes into a spasms then, up to the left side under the rib cage? All this happen after gastric bypass pass. No doctor has explained the issues as to why. Thanks.
“Omental infarction” I was diagnosed with thinking I was having appendicitis during the hype of Covid in 2020, Hence, I had open heart surgery October 2019. 😣

We all feel like that sometimes. Some people find some subjects easier or harder than other people. It will click together eventually.
I feel so seen! I'm here trying to make sense of what I'm learning in Applied Clinical Anatomy. I hope you're doing well now. Thanks Sam!
