As feral as they come their wild instincts are somehow tamed when placed in an environment where's there's lots of 💕 love and nurture and other cat friends to bond with. Lots of yummy food certainly helps, too. Love the way he observes the interaction between the human caregiver and his feline friend so as to gauge the situation whereby his initial fears slowly turn into trust and acceptance of the new surroundings.

Proper ferals like her need time and boundaries at first. It’s never on our terms it’s on theirs. I don’t even make eye contact at first as this can be perceived as a threat. Yes cats take cues from other cats so seeing him being relaxed around this beautiful human made her relax more and learn to trust.
Yeah, cats have some strict boundaries and "cattiquette" that a lot of humans misinterpret as "standoffish" or "unfeeling". But once you learn it, you bond easier with your new feline friend :D

😂 1:23 the way Bugle was so INTENTLY AND INTENSELY watching was the most adorable and also heartbreaking thing! Such a smart boy, but also so sad that he was in that place. So proud of this woman for helping these cats! And proud of Bugle for being a smart boy and knowing he was safe and could accept her love and then helping Splatter, knowing she needed to feel loved and safe too! What add me the happiest is knowing they will spend the rest of their lives together!! Two beautiful, loving, smart cats bonded for life that won’t be separated! 🥰💓🥰💓🥰
You can hear the pain in her voice for letting them go and holding back tears but she's happy for them and I think that's just incredibly wholesome. She just wants what's best for them.
Remember when people used to just give up on trying to socialize feral cats? Now there are just so many different ways you can try to get them socialized it's absolutely fantastic. Definitely a great thing. =)

3 years ago i got an aggressive cat from a shelter that had been brought back twice. She did the same thing she didn't know how to be a cat. So i got a kitten about a month later. She the kitten showed her big sis how to be a cat. Now the aggressive cat is the biggest love bug

This little clip brings joy to my heart ❤. I too had a kitty many years ago who was just like Splatter. She would hide from me, then she would hiss and growl .After some time, together with the food trick,she eventually found that she was in a safe and loving home. It saddens me when some people just give up if their kitty is not behaving as they perceive that they should behave. It was wonderful to see another earth angel in this ❤ clip giving so much love to Splatter. It was also heartwarming to see Bugle and Splatter getting on so well together ❤. It was also lovely to see that they are in their forever home together ❤.

This makes me emotional to watch as I can relate to Splatter's social situation as well as I can tell she has been neglected and isolated for so long she feels unsafe and having so much social anxiety. It's really heartwarming how she has a companion so that she won't feel as lonely or that she's in danger as both us humans & animals need a companion to rely on. I can see both Bugle & Splatter being great friends as they need each other and living a healthy and happy life! 🐱🐱
