1:48 - Seriously: Is that plate a tea cup saucer? I know portion control is a big part of weight lose but, come on! Who can live on such little portions of virtually nothing, less they eat 20 times a day?
I mean at first when I started my diet I starting eating small portions and I knew that was a problem so now I just give myself my own portion but I don’t over do it I have had so many failed diets and most of them went perfect but then I always screwed it up
I have a question, for the first recipe how much shrimp should I use ? I counted and it’s 20 shrimp but I think that’s too much for me so can I use 12 shrimp or 10 ?
All the recipes look great and serve one. Where have you been all my life? ➡️ Re: muffin pans. If all you have is pan for 12, fill the extra wells with water to prevent warping your pan.
I tried the shrimp n veggies n oh my goodness it was amazing... everything u cook is delicious...I started from the food that u started cooking yrs ago.🥰

I always have too much left over from each recipe..how about a video about how to use all your shopping for different meals over three days or so. Or even a week if you have enough storage. It's for weight loss. 300-400 kals for one meal is normal. But imagine it's 300-400 kals packed with balanced nutrition, so it'll last longer than you think. Also, depending on the needs and goals of individuals, people may eat 5 such portioned meals a day or just 3 but with 2 snacks in between such as fruit or dairy. Anyway, it's meant for weight loss, not as regular portions.

This has more saturated fat than having complex carbs. It won't help to loose weight and is extremely unhealthy.
