This is the best channel for keto meals. Thank you I have bookmarked several videos, now off to the supermarket to buy the food ingredients. Wish me luck :)
I have to pop in to say that I love your Keto recipes! My favorite soup of yours is the Sausage and Kale Soup!! I use Hot Italian Sausage and I always double the recipe because it's sooo fabulous! Perhaps you should post it again for any new followers that you have. It's 80 degrees here in Georgia and I've been waiting for the temps to drop to make this soup. So I went ahead and made it today, and I'll just turn the temperature down on the air conditioner.😂🤣
Thanks for another great compilation video. These are so useful. I think everyone likes fast and easy, right? You’re the best! And you have the patience of a saint with the trolls! 😂
Delicious! Thank you so much for keeping menu ideas for me flowing through your channel. For me, Deciding what to make is the hardest part of eating keto.
@@bliss9654 Sunflower seed flour is the only 1:1 replacement for almond flour, otherwise you will have to completely change the recipe for other low-carb flours so you'd have to experiment.
Hi from Tasmania 👋just wanted to know what asiago cheese is, I've never heard of it, another name for another cheese! Or what can I substitute with and thankyou for making your videos, very, very helpful, take care♥️........ugh🙄ok, it's fine I worked it out, parmesan😏🤭all good👍👍
Asiago cheese is a milk-based cheese. It tastes different depending on age, but we used a semi-hard version that's somewhat similar to parmesan cheese. You could use parmesan or any other semi-hard milk-based cheese to replace it. Seems like you found the answer, though. I hope you enjoy the recipes!
It depends on the person to be honest. We have generalized serving sizes on the recipes (linked in description) but you should always edit the serving sizes to fit your own macros.
First recipe, the pork chops -- this overcooks the pork by a factor of 2.5 ... 10 minutes a high pressure is plenty. Good recipe, just that detail needs refinement. Trying schnitzel tomorrow!
I have had some people say it cooks them perfect (moist and tender) and others that say they're dry/tough. I'm not sure if it's because we used a larger instant pot, which may have changed the cook time needed. I'll have to test the recipe again in some different size instant pots to see if adjustments are needed. Hope you enjoy the other recipes!
Yes! (The Instant Pot would overcook those pork loin chops. Though I love my IP and my other pressure cookers.) I saute mushrooms first. No salt, yet. Let them saute till soft and browned. Add onions and appropriate amount of seasonings and saute together until onion is soft. Remove that to a bowl. Wipe out your non-stick skillet. Season the chops and brown in hot oil about three minutes per side. Remove to plate. Put mushroom/onion mixture back into pan and add butter and cream. Bring to a bubble and stir about five minutes. Put cops back into the gravy for a couple minutes just to warm through. Deeee-lish. (Serve with mashed, garlicky, buttery cauliflower.)
@@spinozareader The is one of the more popular recipes on the website because the pork is so juicy. The IP method does not overcook the pork chops. You're always welcome to cook it on the stovetop, though.
@@RuledMe It was for the first recipe..I am fairly new to using an airfryer, and i dont have an instant pot. Thanks for the idea of the parmesan cheese.
Watched the first recipe for pork loin (my fav), way too long winded and with special cooking pot required...........This is how you do it "for busy people" - just make a seasoning with whatever you have, (me? Paprika, onion powder, pepper, salt, chilli flakes), coat and fry, in seperate pan fry onions, mushrooms, peppers, brocolli or whatever keto veg you have. Once pork and veg is cooked - serve.
Stir fry is always going to be one of the lowest effort/fastest to make, hence why we have the skillet meals in the video. This is for people that want to have some different things on their menu and don't just want meat and veggies stir fried for every single meal.
I show the full nutritional breakdown on the website (along with generalized serving sizes). You can check them out there and adjust serving sizes for your own macros.
@@RuledMe thank you very much for responding! I’ve just started this journey about 2 weeks ago. Type 2 diabetes diagnosis has motivated me! Thank you for your easy delicious recipes!
Probably not if you find that to be too much. That recipe is 15 minutes of active prep/cooking time. The other 25 is pressing a button and walking away.
The blueberry smoothie would be vegetarian if you used plant-based protein. That said, the vast majority of people on keto are not vegetarian, so we have very few vegetarian recipes overall. You're welcome to check out the vegetarian or vegan videos on our channel, though!
I wish you'd post text recipes instead of videos. I don't like wasting time watching a 22 minute video to find there's nothing there that I'm interested in making.
Keto has been noted in scientific and geological studies and found to have existed in various forms for thousands of years. In the last hundred years it has been utilized for serious medical conditions with excellent results. I'll take this "fad" and raise you the confirmed excellent results from hundreds and thousands of years over keyboard rhetoric any day.
@Autosuffisant Oh lord let me get childish with you for a moment. No matter how good or bad a job is no one can deny it has become a trend for people to use it for positive and possibly negative uses after being paid. Lets not forget that...I'll stop there as to not waste time on trivial matters. Hopefully you get the point between utilization of science, history, cause and affect and hundreds of years of study vs. a few years of study and so on with one being a fad that has disappeared or faded to a few hangers on and one that is a constant and still evolving with continued positive results.
I get excited when I look at a recipe and I have all the ingredients
i have never experienced that excitement in middle east conditions. but love keto. even though it sometimes turns into "egg diet"

Add a little avocado in your smoothie for extra fat and creaminess, so good!
Definitely! We add avocado into many of our shake recipes. It's a great way to get creaminess, texture, and healthy fats into your smoothies/shakes.

What is Asiago Cheese?..is it necessary, or could you substitute it for something else?
You could use parmesan cheese instead
Big help this is great

Is there anything I can use instead of an instant pot?
You can use a pan if you want to, but you may need to cook them slightly differently.

Do you pressure cook for 25 mins with a liquid ..???
Sausage and Brussels. Oh god !!!
Aren’t you supposed to use at least a cup of liquid when pressure cooking in Insta Pot?
The pork and vegetables will release enough moisture to get it up to pressure.
Look delicious. What supermarket buy keto product from.
Almost all supermarkets will sell ingredients you can use on a ketogenic diet.

I just completed 7 day fast, but have balance issues, fatigue, and my mouth is sore. Any advice?
I don't recommend fasting for so long typically. If you are going to do an extended fast, I recommend 3 days at the most.
Looks delicious, new subbie here 👋
Woww looks delicious😋
Question with the enchilada soup, can you taste the cream cheese in it? I have picky eaters lol
I don't particularly think so but I'm also not super sensitive. You could probably add a splash of cream instead to help thicken it some.
Could you do this in an Airfryer?
Which recipe specifically? Some of them you can, yes.
@@RuledMe It was for the first recipe..I am fairly new to using an airfryer, and i dont have an instant pot. Thanks for the idea of the parmesan cheese.

WHAT WAS THE LAST INGREDIENT YOU ADDED TO THE PORCH CHOP GRAVY? LOOKED LIKE CORN STARCH????
It was xanthan gum
