Hey friends! Be sure to revisit our app *daily* for a new high-protein recipe (until Sept 4, 2024): bit.ly/PULapp_protein_collection - note, the promo has ended, but you can still snatch a 7-day FREE trial of our app here: bit.ly/PUL_app 📲 If high protein isn’t your thing, don’t worry! We’re still posting other recipes every weekday, from drinks and desserts to snacks and more! 🍓 Oh, and psssst: we have a “high protein” filter in the app (top right of the recipe index page) where you can find recipes with over 20g protein per serving… in case you wanted even more high protein meal ideas 😛🙌🏻
I've just started the App and wow! How beautiful it is ❤ Makes me happy just looking at it 😊 soo user friendly but with a lot of info and possibilités to personalize! I love the nutriment section, so valuable! It's just perfect, thank you, thank you, thank you ❤
The same with me, we eat meat, eggs and any bad bs you can imagine and we still use her recipes replacing some of her ingredients with some easier 😌 achievable this should be flattering for her and her team that this is for anyone who wants variety ❤ well done
I am the same! It looks like I'm sponsored by the PUL app because I've been telling everybody about it and I even show them how the app works haha my boyfriend rolls his eyes now every time I bring it up to someone 😅
Y’all ❤!!! I made the seitan and it is so good. I was so shocked. The process was not hard and really was the same as the video. We put it in the fridge overnight and sliced it thin the next day as the video showed. I had it on a low carb bun with bbq sauce, mustard and pickles! I still can’t believe how good it was 😊 I put it in MyFitnessPal and for 100 grams is 40 grams of protein. Thank you so much.
Timely video for my college bound kid who is on the hunt for recipes that can be prepared quickly and is protein packed meals to carry him through the day🎉 many thanks Sadia❤
Just made the high protein Alfredo-style pasts and it was even better on day two. I struggle to get creative with my protein-thanks so much for these ideas!
These are mouthwatering. Thank you! I'm also a nutritionist but sometimes it's hard to come up with inspiration for recipes. I don't know any other plant-based nutritionist that make me want to try every single recipe like you do. I'm going to try to get my mum to try the pasta, though I might use walnuts instead of cashews.
The timing of this couldn’t be more perfect. No 1 on my to do list was looking for vegan high protein recipes as I’ve recently significantly upped my game in terms of keeping a work out routine. And here you are with 30 new options❤
When i watched your videos 3 years ago i couldnt understand without subtitles (im french). And now i improved my english I finally can follow the instructions easily 🐍
Thank you so much for your work. I am french and its really hard to found good vegan recipes and nutritional advices. Your youtube channel and your app is a tresor! ❤
I am soooooooo excited about this!! I've been hitting the weights to gain more muscle these days and having a hard time meeting my elevated protein needs. It seems like most vegan high protein content comes from the fitness world where the priority is "food is fuel" and not necessarily that food is tasty and pleasurable. Having these go-to recipes that will check both boxes will make it sooo much easier to reach my goals! Thank you, Sadia and PUL team!!
Thank you for this! I have the app but I admit I haven’t been using it. Getting back to it with 30 days of 30+ grams of protein will be a nice motivator. 🤗 Perfect timing - my trainer keeps pushing for animal products in my diet, so showing her we can can get lots of protein with plants would be great! Thank you for such inspiring content!
I've been vegan for over 5 years but have always been intimidated by the idea of making seitan, but you made it look so easy and approachable! Definitely going to try this soon.
I've watched just a couple of your recipe videos so far, and I really enjoy you! I have a running mental list of the recipes I'll definitely be trying. But beyond that, you are a joy! Many people can create a good recipe video, but not everyone has such a sweet spirit. You were made for this. :) And I like these videos even more now that I've found out you're based in the Netherlands! I spent some time there years ago, and a part of my heart is still there. :) Anyway, thank you for sharing your time, talent, and delicious recipes with us! Blessings.
I clicked on this video because I love your content/recipes/app - but I did mumble to myself about how it's pretty unnecessary to have that level of protein in a single meal - so hearing you say that right off the bat made me love you even more!
High protein meals are needed when your fitness goal is building muscles :) Im a 5'2 118lbs female and im training to gain more muscle. It's recommended for me to eat 125g of protein/day. These high protein recipes are golden to help me reach my protein needs!
True, true. Maybe I’ve been vegan for too long; high protein meal videos remind me too much of the “where do you get your protein?” brigade. :) Saying that, I definitely want to eat all of these.
I’m 56 years old and was just diagnosed with osteopenia due a chronic lack of protein intake. These videos are not a one size fits all!!! As an older woman who has eaten a vegetarian diet for over a decade, I definitely need more protein in each meal to rebuild the bone mass.
Your app has become my guide to all things nutrition and I am making one recipe a day from your app and keeping up with the nourish “wheel” (I don’t know what it’s called) has kept me energized and so well nourished 🎉🎉
Sadia!!! amazing video, you absolutely crushed it!! I've been following for years, love your recipes, ABSOLUTELY LOVE the app, and can't wait to try these new recipes, they look soooo goooooood 💚💚💚
10:03 I felt that too. 😂😂 Your channel is a breath of fresh air filled with a positive energy. You prepare your food with so much love with the outcome that is out of this world. Much love❤😊
I’ve been on your app since beta testing and can honestly say it’s worth every penny, even just to appreciate the design of it. I show it to anyone who is willing to listen 😅 oh and the recipes run my life haha
Oh my goodness, I need to make that sandwich yesterday. It looks incredible. I just made up a grocery list for it and I can't wait~ Also, your website is so useful and lovely. It's beautiful and the function to check off things on a list as well as hyperlinks for other recipes is so useful. Thank you, friend 🥰
Just love you recipe videos ❤ Can you please make a video on all your ustensiles? Where your plates come from? Bread toaster? If you can please add links ❤❤❤❤
Beautiful series, thank you! Could you also create a series focused on high protein and weight loss? My boyfriend eats the same things I do, but he keeps gaining weight while I’m losing weight and I'm not sure why.
Thank you for adding a new high protein section. I love using your app! I will say that I don’t always use the add ons that you suggest so it’s hard to know the accurate macos without having to “create a new” recipe excluding the optional toppings. Other than that, your app is awesome!!!!
Oh, I’m sooo glad to hear you're enjoying the app, Kathryn! Thanks for sharing your thoughts. We’re planning to build a feature that lets you duplicate and modify the original recipe-stay tuned for that! And just so you know, the optional toppings (where no measurements are given) don’t contribute to your nutrient data. Hope this helps! 😊
I giggled through the bloopers. Everything looks delicious! I haven't made my own seitan yet, but I would love to try. I'm also really wanting to try that vegan Alfredo pasta. I haven't had Alfredo sauce in a very long time, and it used to be my favorite.
I read your protein article, thanks for sharing! It was consistent with information I had gathered from other sources previously, so I'm glad I'm on the right track. With all this protein hype going on, I've been sometimes worried but it's good to know that 55g protein is a good amount for me 'cos I get that very easily. I've been surprised to notice that whole grain bread and oats have so much protein in them!
In Germany the Döner is very popular. Unfortunately I’m the shops, there aren’t many vegan options so I always get falafel Dürüm instead of the meat ones, but now I can make my own ‚meat‘ version. Very very nice thank you Sadia!
Thank you Sadia I have a sad bag of vital wheat gluten in the back of my cupboard and it's finally time to give it a second chance. The first time around I boiled instead of steaming and it probably killed the texture.

Thank you for another great video! With some lovely recipes! It’s really nice that all three are so different. Also a pet-peeve of mine is cooking videos where ppl will keep their rings on while also mixing ingredients with them. So thank you for removing all jewellery while showcasing the seitan recipe! Made it look much more appetising 😂
Thoughts on omitting the cornstarch in the Alfredo recipe? I'm concerned that it will render a gummy finish. Would the white beans be enough to thicken (as well as the starch of the pasta)? TIA
These meals are great! Also for those wanting to understand more on protein and longevity I advise to watch Dr Andrew Hubermans podcast specifically the one with Dr.Gabrielle Lyon: How to excercie and eat for Optimal health and longevity. I think that the first recipe might have also worked well to have some mushrooms and /or peanutbutter to it...I do something similar and the mushrooms and peanut butter do bring something great to the taste

Sadia, I really appreciate when you sprinkle in your knowledge as a dietician! It’s like watching an E/I show! Have a lovely week!
I am not even a vegan but I love this channel. I love the variety in ingredients and spices.
Me to, Im almost semi vegetarian and thanks those similar youtube channel I eat more vegan or vegetarian meal :)
@leenaslunicko how is it semi vegan? You eat only certain animal products?
@@Mynameisrobertosome eat only eggs or fish, although they have names, not everyone may know them
We all missed you! It’s been a long time. Finally you came up with a much needed video. Thanks a lot Sadia❤

I love everything about this channel. Always amazing recipes, amazing photography, and a calm vibe. 😊😊😊😊

Gave me inspiration to make my own seitan 😊
That tempeh recipe looks outrageously good.🤤 Thank you so much Sadia & co.
Thank YOU!! 😁
@@PickUpLimeswith the tempeh, do you not find you need to steam it before cooking to get rid of the bitterness?? Or am I a fool for doing that??!!!

That gochujang tempeh looks amazing, especially since it's got so many veggies with it so it's just easier to get more greens in!

Thank you Sadia I have a sad bag of vital wheat gluten in the back of my cupboard and it's finally time to give it a second chance. The first time around I boiled instead of steaming and it probably killed the texture.
I baked my first batch of seitan in the oven and did not like it! I made this on Sunday and this steamed one has a good chewy meat texture. I love it.
