It's crazy, I have an iPhone 11 and if I just use YT to listen to a news livestream while it's getting charged (around 1 hour later), it already heats up to the point, that the security system takes control and darkens the screen... Really? It's a $800 device and I expected it to be well built with high quality features that prevents problems such as these. I didn't buy it because it's "fancy" to own an iPhone - I simply want the best and I'm willing to pay for these expectations, regardless whether it's a smartphone or a car. If it was a Sony Xperia 3E (E3, whatever) or a Huawei, I wouldn't be surprised and would consider the problems of it, just like the old saying, "I got what I paid for", simple as that. *But damn! NOT when I paid almost 1k for it!* Get your products right, Apple! I know that there are enough idiots out there, that are just buying your products because it's considered a status symbol, or because they are well brainwashed by your business psychologists that are obviously doing their job well in commercializing your products as good as it gets.

You guys, I had Apple care plus and my phone got run over so it turned on but was in like 10 pieces so I used the Apple care plus and got a new phone for 100 dollar iPhone 11 purple and I didn’t know if it was refurbished but my previous phone was brand new Christmas 21’ and its battery was 100 and this phones 97 😭😭😭😭😭😩

Whenever your phone gets overheated just put it in a deep freezer and wait about 1min or less than 1min and you are good to go. It always helps me
