Great review! I have the 2019 version same colors. Three years later and I'm still loving it! Unfortunately it has a weird issue with the Bluetooth disconnecting, but they are replacing my head unit under warranty to fix the problem. So I'm still happy.

I had a 2008 Dodge Avenger, in 2020 I got a 2014 Toyota Camry SE and driving the Camry was refreshing , so I can only imagine how nice the newer model Camrys are

You should talk about the Toyota app that lets you do remote start and lock or unlock the car right from your phone. My favorite feature, so I don't have to get into a hot car. I use remote start and it will run for 10 minutes on its own.

Awesome review now that I’m shopping for another Toyota this shows me I can get most of what the Avalon has in the Camry but not everything. I don’t know whether to choose between the Camry XSE V6 or Avalon Touring.

So what’s different from the 2019 to a 2020 model. Same thing?
@@JohnDoe-fs6lz Hi John, the only difference in the Camry 2020 from the 2019 is android auto and that is all. From your previous comment you said that you have a 2019 SE Camry. Going from SE to XSE comes with many new features. To name a couple Blind Spot Monitor, 19 Inch Alloy Wheels, Upgraded Headlights, Quad Exhaust Tips. Those are the most notable differences for you, if you plan to get the 2020 XSE. Hope that helps!

Man so undecided on what to buy for my 1st car because I really like both the Camry and the Avalon and the both are going for the same price used obviously for the XSE V6 and Touring trim.

This is just my preference. But I really wish Toyota would have kept the original design of the infotainment system. I don’t mind my tablet. But the original looks a lot better in my opinion. I wish I found your video before purchasing my new car. You are very well detailed in show casing the car. Though at the same time I haven’t mind discovering the features.

Yes. You can download the app on your phone and use the remote start or lock and unlock from anywhere, right on your phone.

This car is clean fr and I love Camrys. They so reliable and aren’t expensive to fix at all really. I still have my 07 Camry with 195k miles and once it dies, I’m getting this for sure.

Hello, are you located in Canada? I noticed you used an interior trunk grab handle, the US specs Camry do not have this feature.
The safety feature are nice but why don't they include the fog lights with it by default? Do they know that people can be killed without fog lights if it was fogged outside? It would make sense to include the fog lights for safety feature.

You explained everything so perfect. I want to know, how do you access the navigation system and the charger for the phone on that flat surface. I heard you need an app for the charger? Is that true?
Ok! so this might be a very long explanation but hopefully this answers your question. As for the wireless charging pad, as long as your phone is compatible with wireless charging you may use the charging pad, you don't need to download an app for that. As for navigation you either you can connect your phone to your USB and use Android Auto and Apple Carplay to use Google maps on your screen. Hope this helps!

I have an SE, added the plug and play remote start, I click the same three times, no holding, starts, locks doors, and when I unlock it stills runs. So I only have to start once, course I have flip key, sorry in this case better than push button start.

You're lucky you have this car in usa I'm looking for one in Germany and can't find one . There are only 6 camrys in Germany but too expensive the chipest used one 2019 it's 34,000 € that makes around 40.000 dollars

wow, good attention to detail and good point, yknow i have this car for over 2 years now (the 2018 model) and I didnt realize the top is grey and how much better if its black roof liner. I just drive and never really look up lol.

We had a 2015 Accord, spouse totaled it in 2019 so we needed another car. Came VERY close to getting a 2020 Accord EXL "fully loaded" but it just so happened the dealer sales person was such an asshole about a lot of stuff, and the sales manager was "too busy" to see us, so we walked-away to head home. However, we stopped to get some fast-food, and noticed the Toyota Dealer across the street, so we figured "why not". After about an hour of checking out several models, the sales person mentioned they had just got in a new shipment that day, and there was a single Camry XSE V6 on that shipment truck. It had not gone through prep, but he said we could check it out if we wanted. We did so, went over the features, compared it to the Accord documentation we had, and the rest is history, we bought it on the spot and took delivery the next day (less than 1 mile on it). Over the last several months we sometimes consider what the Toyota has that is not even available in the Accord, lower purchase price, higher reliability, higher resale, and other factors, and we doubt we will ever be sorry. Honda's can be good, we think our Toyota is better.

Ms Edna I’m disappointed in Toyota factory installed remote start. I have all 3 of my Toyota’s remote start installed at Best Buy and they’re amazing. It works by unlocking the car, start, locks, then I’ll unlock it to get in. I then insert my key and turn it to the on position and drive as if I just started my car with a key. If there’s no key inserted or if someone were to break in, the moment the brake pedal is pressed, the vehicle shuts off. This is how remote start is supposed to work, not start, stop, then the owner starts again lol
Its good during hot/cold days when u wanna heat/cool the interior before u get in.

It should be noted that this Camry is fully optioned. The standard Camry XSE does not include the sunroof, CD player, red interior, remote start, navigation, wireless charger ect.
Cost is about 40k
