- Removing the Exhaust Gas Recirculation (EGR) cooler and related components from a 2003 Volkswagen TDI ALH 1.9 diesel.
Simplify the EGR, vacuum, and cooling system. For OFF ROAD USE only.
Similar to other VW TDI EGR cooler removal BEW BRM, etc.

I did a full EGR assembly, intake swirlers, and DPF delete on my MK-6 JSW TDI with replacing CP-4 with a CP-3 fuel and Kerma TDI intake airbox delete. For any VW/Audi, European or any diesel including pickup trucks. Delete and remove the diesel emissions completely.
That’s a lot of acronyms
Waiting for the injector nozzle video!
finally coming soon. First step is the nozzles, then I'm going to run it and see the smoke, then get a tune. finally coming soon....
video is in editing now. Nozzles and Tune are done. #finally
This was vid i needed thanks so much 😁
I did a full EGR removal from my 2014 MK-6 TDI.
Good work
I believe that little fitting is an air bleed to help prevent cooler damage when bleeding the cooling system
yes some sort of bleeder line.
What did you do with the small coolant line that went to the EGR cooler?
see 5:25 of video
@@gregs_garage ahh, ok, im retarded, watched that part the whole time thinking it was a vacuum line 🤣
Hi
I don't know if you'd be able to help me.
I had an egr delete done with blanking plates and since then I get a sweet curry smell when the heat is turned on. The coolant level also seems to drop very slowly. But there's no leaks on the floor or anything.
Could this be due to a leak by the egr cooler pipes?
butter chicken? is the cooler still there just blocked off? Could be unrelated. could be coolant sensor see my Video on that. Check back of motor EGR/heater hose area for coolant.
