About Stromae, his music is so good, but his lyrics are even better (and boy, he can dance) so when you watch a video of Stromae, make sure to turn on the subtittles so you have an idea what the song is about. Though, as Stromae likes to play with words in his language, uses slang, it will never have that finesse when translated in English, but you will get the gist. For example: Papaoutai sounds good as a word, but it's actually 'Papa ou tu est?'/'Daddy, where are you' singing about a boy yearning to have a father. "Everybody knows how to make babies, but nobody knows how to make Papas" he sings.
I can recommend 'Tout les memes' (All the same) where Stromae tries to imagine what's it like, the battle between a man and a woman, from each point of view, and he really does it so well.
His 'Quand c'est' (When is it) grabs you by your throat, so chilling yet beautiful made, and you'll understand his play with words better with this tittle.
Also, if you want to watch something unique, Stromae - L’enfer (Live Performance) , is when Stromae, after being away from the music industry after a long illness, got interviewed live on French National TV News Stromae is from Belgium, so a great honor for him to be there, in it sure had a big impact on the watchers too.
And there is so much more to discover from him, from playing a drunk in the streets in Brussels, while being filmed on smarthphone camera's to him haveing a states funeral for a sex worker in a fictive country. It's amazing what he comes up with, having such an impact in every song, the music, the lyrics - even if you don't understand them completely - , the choreography is phenominal, just .... everything.
Enjoy it in the rabbit hole.

Dude, I know you are just starting but please watch other reaction videos for exemple the Beers & Bars reaction on Papaoutai. You will learn a lot. Translated lyrics are also crucial when you watch a different language video, especially our Belgian genius. The song video screen is also too big on your screen. You also need to put more stops or they will put your video down. Good luck on your RUclips journey.

Et si tu mettais les sous-titres tête-de-noeud ? Tu crois pas que ce serait plus compréhensible ?
