  • It has been a awhile since I had used my lathe. So I took advantage of the opportunity and made an awl. This process took about an hour and that was with the moving and setting up of the camera. Plus it was just another piece of scrap wood that won't be cutting up my cluttered shop. "Turn" a piece of walnut, a nail and some 5 minute epoxy into a useful tool for woodworking.     You make it look like you use your lathe professionally every day! (on a side note, you might want to edit the title of the video to ensure it can be properly found by a search)

      Thank you. I hardly ever get to use the lathe. I would like to do more turning. Any suggestions on the title?

      @@hammerdownwoodworkingtracy3679 I am sorry for being vague about the title. It is simply a matter of typos. the title reads "...Let male an awl." :-)
