Analyzing can be ok. But if you analyze too often what you will eat during day, or when you should exercise, it lowers the energy of your body and you feel unnecessary stress. The less you analyze the more energy you feel and the more happy you feel. As some say self-love isnt the same as self-pleasure. Self-love is a long-term feeling and self-pleasure is a short-term feeling. Self-pleasure is more about materialism. Self-love is more about energy, and getting the nutrients for the body, or learning useful skills, feeling happy and healthy.

Please allow me to make a clarification: many women that are "broke af" are those that have chosen to work in social service type careers. When I met my husband, I was a Hospice Chaplain who worked with patients that were dying and their families. I chose this line of work because I wanted to support people in crisis. The job didn't pay anywhere near the Master's degree they required, but the fulfillment I got made up for it. I was also highly respected for my work. Respect doesn't always equate to money though. Fortunately, God saw my heart, and sent me a husband that admired what I did, even though I was broke af. I think this will also apply to social workers, some teachers, school counselors, forensic interviewers, and others who want to make a positive difference in society moreso than a lot of money.

I dated someone that I strongly believed to have bpd. and I thought I was the one going crazy I was gas lit very often and got guilt tripped more than I realized. and tried to please her in everyway and it was never good enough...I felt absolutely drained every day from her. so many problems I ignored because I felt like I had to take care of her. constantly. and that I was walking on eggshells... talk about a roller coaster ride ! Yea it's almost emotionally traumatizing.. I gave everything for this one woman even though she was cold and uncaring 99 percent of the time. I saw potential in this person, nurtured them into what I knew she'd blossom into, but they'd just regress into old habits time and time again, I had to throw in the towel. I realized she lost me not the other way around.

The list is certainly useful. We shouldn't forget that the purpose of dating is to provide contrast. We meet women with traits we like and those we don't like. That helps us create our standards. Every person we meet comes in to our lives for a reason. The hard part is taking those lumps, learning from them and to keep looking.

This is a damn good list. My ex had big time Daddy issues. Eventually she took it out on me. But there's one more that should be on the list: drinking problems. Very common and big trouble.
I was fooling around with someone on & off years ago who often came over smelling of vodka. She had a major drinking problem to go along with her myriad of other problems (chronic liar was also on the list) and I just felt sad that someone could let themselves get that way. I had to cut her out of my life as no good could possibly come out of that situation.
I used to have a coworker who told me she tells her date that she needs at least 2 hours to get ready. I told her that telling him this is not a good idea because "high maintenance" will be his first thought. Our family recently gained a couple in which the wife is a real social justice warrior--and she criticizes her poor husband for not being "woke" enough!
I most appreciate your incite regarding damaged women & covert narcissists. Sadly, I didn't realize what I've been dealing with, mostly since we married (both for our late-in-life second try). Your videos and some others motivated me to make lists of adverse history, signs, events & interactions. This was both enlightening & cathartic. I was shocked to find that it's a long list. My list of offenses is rather short and I've concluded to having fallen into being a "simp" to avoid conflict and hang onto a beautiful, funny and once affectionate woman. It's ironic that mostly caving at home is the opposite of how I've handled myself in my work-life. We've been separated for about 5 months with a remote chance of reconciliation. Although it will be painful financially to split, I'm now reluctant to restart without some very significant changes, that probably have a limited chance of success. BTW, I'll still be in a very good financial condition if we split. Thanks again!

Please allow me to make a clarification: many women that are "broke af" are those that have chosen to work in social service type careers. When I met my husband, I was a Hospice Chaplain who worked with patients that were dying and their families. I chose this line of work because I wanted to support people in crisis. The job didn't pay anywhere near the Master's degree they required, but the fulfillment I got made up for it. I was also highly respected for my work. Respect doesn't always equate to money though. Fortunately, God saw my heart, and sent me a husband that admired what I did, even though I was broke af. I think this will also apply to social workers, some teachers, school counselors, forensic interviewers, and others who want to make a positive difference in society moreso than a lot of money.

Yea it's almost emotionally traumatizing.. I gave everything for this one woman even though she was cold and uncaring 99 percent of the time. I saw potential in this person, nurtured them into what I knew she'd blossom into, but they'd just regress into old habits time and time again, I had to throw in the towel. I can't stand the Instagram "models" or "influencers". Nothing screams the need for validation or attention more than that.
It's everywhere like a plague, it's so depressing. no one treats each other as people anymore, it's all about looks and what you can do for HER, playing men like a fiddle and for a fool. all they care about is sex and money, I hate it all, they don't even realize how superficial and shallow and cruel it all is, I won't encourage such behavior, I have standards and am a good man, but I guess good men are destined to die alone, I refuse to be the bad boy, the player, that's why everything is so messed up anyways, with absentee fathers, family divorces, fatherless daughters and sons, daddy issues, the cycle repeats I see it time and time again

The list is certainly useful. We shouldn't forget that the purpose of dating is to provide contrast. We meet women with traits we like and those we don't like. That helps us create our standards. Every person we meet comes in to our lives for a reason. The hard part is taking those lumps, learning from them and to keep looking.

There was this one chick I met and we vibed well enough to want to date each other, until we learned that we have different religions, and that her religion is exclusive in terms of seeking partners. I told her that I have no plans converting, and she was as well, but she kept on insisting how it would be hard on her part. As soon as I heard her say those things, I dipped quick. 😂
I married a girl whose BFF in high school had a fling with her father, eventually becoming her (evil) stepmother. As a result, she learned you cannot trust your spouse, your parent, or even your best friend where sex is involved. Lifelong trust issues ensued, as you can imagine. We had a wonderful 30 years together, but when she developed a very serious neurological disease and I tried to convince her of this so we could seek treatment, she thought I was gaslighting her and she almost divorced me. It was truly horrible.
the ones that usually gravitate to me that you missed on your list was the "rescue me from my messed up life" types. they get their lives so messed up they want someone to come in and undo everything they did to get them in the position they're in. sometimes that even includes them asking for money for something. total turn off for me

The only thing I’d add is that is the person being “real” with you? Are they authentic? If anyone starts playing games, cancelling dates, is unavailable at the start it’s time to hit the road and don’t look back.

What most simps, feminist fe/males, white-knights, betas and conservative guys fail to realize: bad boys provide excitement, novelty, unpredictability and fun (fear, roller-coaster drama) to a new level. I was fooling around with someone on & off years ago who often came over smelling of vodka. She had a major drinking problem to go along with her myriad of other problems (chronic liar was also on the list) and I just felt sad that someone could let themselves get that way. I had to cut her out of my life as no good could possibly come out of that situation.

I used to have a coworker who told me she tells her date that she needs at least 2 hours to get ready. I told her that telling him this is not a good idea because "high maintenance" will be his first thought.

I most appreciate your incite regarding damaged women & covert narcissists. Sadly, I didn't realize what I've been dealing with, mostly since we married (both for our late-in-life second try). Your videos and some others motivated me to make lists of adverse history, signs, events & interactions. This was both enlightening & cathartic. I was shocked to find that it's a long list. My list of offenses is rather short and I've concluded to having fallen into being a "simp" to avoid conflict and hang onto a beautiful, funny and once affectionate woman. It's ironic that mostly caving at home is the opposite of how I've handled myself in my work-life. We've been separated for about 5 months with a remote chance of reconciliation. Although it will be painful financially to split, I'm now reluctant to restart without some very significant changes, that probably have a limited chance of success. BTW, I'll still be in a very good financial condition if we split. Thanks again!

Thanks for your videos, i watch with great interest. I dated and had relationship with several of these women - and the most difficult with lots of ups and downs was the borderline. She was the sweetest and most lovely some days. Other days i turned into a mental health care taker instead of a boyfriend. These days was quite frequent some periods. I see what you talk about make sense to me in Scandinavia and you have a kind of Swedish/Danish sounding name. Lots of greetings and warmth from Sweden.

yes, that's resurfaced as a meme recently....tape stretch was a problem for C120s mostly as the tape was thinner but you could fit an album on 2 sides of a C90 & they were less likely to need that pencil to recover the tape jam....sorry about your wife, she sounds great.
