The writers did such a good job establishing these characters with their own unique personalities and stories that I completely forgot that this is literally a Thor and Loki team up tale. Usually I’d roll my eyes at “another studio not knowing any other dynamic but Thor and Loki’s” but it doesn’t even feel like that. To me, it’s literally the furthest thing we’ve come to expect from modern interpretations of Norse myth. This is a different telling of Thor. This is a different telling of Loki.
