Kratos being married twice means he has some experience and can now tell about love troubles. I'm just as surprised that Kratos is even interested in that kind of talk. Really shows his maturity and growth. He willingly allowed himself to provide an ear for Mimir to talk about his current relationship issue, listening, and consulting, almost to the fact that the former God of War now knew the head too well. Even when it got to the point where he now knew where Mimir got it wrong, he made it clear like how a brother or a friend is disappointed when they screwed up terribly. Hahahah very true! Elden Ring won over Ragnarök for the same reason Baldur's Gate 3 won over Spider-Man 2, and that is simply because of innovative gameplay & world design uncommon to the gaming industry. We've gotta remember that Ragnarök & Spider-Man 2 didn't really innovate their respective franchises in any particular way as the same experiences, combat, world design and writing can be found in their previous entries (which were done better imo), whereas games like Baldur's Gate 3 & Elden Ring are very unique experiences that stand on their own as being some of the best video games ever made.
