    Hi April, Aiko and Mochi. I added this to a seated cardio abs workout. My former therapist told me to breath. You knew just what I needed. It was great having Mochi the entire time. My Harriet stayed watching him too 😹.

    I had a pretty full day of active workouts, taking the dog to the dog park, and doing lunch and dinner food prep for the week! I pushed hard today because tomorrow is a holiday, and the festivities will take up half the day. This video was perfect for wrapping up my active day! Thank you both and sweet Mochi too 🙏🏼 I appreciate you all! It is important to care for our muscles that do so much for us every day!❤☮️

    I love this cooldown. After the 50 minute cardio and strength workout, I do the 6 minute cooldown and then the mindful cooldown. My body and mind is relaxed. Plus, Mochi sticks around on the chair and I find seeing him makes me smile.

    It's Sunday, my day of rest save for stretches. This stretch set the stage for the rest of my day. It was wonderful because all the moves were slow, soothing, but still very effective. I do believe this will be my Sunday morning stretch routine before I move on to others as the day progresses. A great idea to incorporate mindfulness with stretching too. Thank you both!...Anastasia
