    I think you are saving my life. This is something I enjoy. My husband did another one of your workouts with me yesterday. He came out of his workroom and saw me doing this one and was disappointed that I did it without him. I’ve promised to do another one today with him. You and your mom are so sweet together.

    Please make more of these 10 minutes indoor walkouts, please! I did this with my mom who’s 75 years old and we loved it! 10 mins is perfect for us. We did a few times of 10 mins per day here and there!

    I love doing this workout. I do it 3 to 4 times a day. It gets me going at 4:30am 9:00am 2:00pm and before I go to bed. My sister started doing it. She lives in San Antonio and I live in Southern California, and she loves it. I can't imagine not doing your exercises. I feel so good afterwards. Thanks again! 😊

    Did my first 10 min workout today. Made me feel good. Made me breath faster. Found it quite challenging but achievable. Will be back tomorrow.

    Your videos are excellent! It is validating at 82 that I am able to do most of these. Some of the new moves will easily be mastered by the end of a week. It’s a goal!!
    My cat, who looks exactly like Mochi was lying on his back on the counter while I did this video! He definitely thought I was working too hard!

    I love your channel! My mom has pulmonary and heart failure conditions. The options of standing or sitting is so awesome since my mom is on oxygen 24/7.
    The best part is seeing my mom keep up with your exercises at her own pace and having fun with it.
    I’m am thankful we found your channel!!

    Great workout for my senior super obese body. I did 5 minutes standing and finished sitting for the rest. I am very proud of myself! Thank you so much for helping me get moving!! 😊

    I am prediabetic. I searched for some easy peasy but effective exercises as I'm in my 50s and fortunately I came across your channel. I have been following your channel and doing different exercises from the last 7 months regularly. I lost 7 kg and controlled my blood sugar level.     This is great because I've been seeing this new walking fitness trend which I want to do, but I currently have to do chair exercise because I can't put any weight on my feet, so I like how you're incorporating chair into this.

    Loved this 10 minute workout. Thank you for sharing it. It makes such a difference when I do the work with you and your Mom and Mochi 😊
    Alone it can be a drudge when you just have the sheet of paper in front of you!
    I can honestly say that since I discovered your videos, my spinal fractures have felt as if they have really benefited from your thoughtful regime.
    I often exercise standing but really it doesn't matter, vertical or sitting, they are superbly rewarding to do.

    I am hospitalized but I need and want to keep moving. My physical complaint is not seriously restrictive, but the hospital is. With your video, I can safely move, seated or standing. What a gift!

    I so enjoy these ladies. I am in my late 50’s and have had 4 joint replacements. I do your workouts and absolutely love them. There is sitting exercises if you are just starting out. 🎉❤

    I tried this one for the first time on Friday to start off a longer workout and again today when I finally began your 7 Day Intermediate Challenge. Great way to start the day! Somehow I hadn't noticed the first time I watched this video that it was another all 20-second rounds workout. Those are always fun!🙂 (Sunday, Jan. 7, 2024)

    Happy new year! I have used your exercise videos frequently over the past year. They've been a great help in recouperating after a difficult surgery. The last few weeks have been happily hectic and I missed out on my routine, but I jumped back in today and I really like this video! Thank you both for such do-able exercises! It's very encouraging to exercise along with you both.

      I’ve only been doing a couple of your videos for a few days. But I look forward to them. For me to look forward to exercise is a miracle.
      I used to go to the doctor and the nurse would ask “How often do you exercise?” Unless it was summer and I was doing yard work I’d say “not much”.
      Next time I’ll say 6 times a week. And if I can’t stand NOT doing one of the videos I can proudly say 7 times a week.
      I’m so thrilled I found you, April. You don’t make comments that make me feel like I’m not doing enough, I’m not good enough.

    I found and tried this 'workout' for the first time today. Fantastic! The first workout that I have been able to do and not feel like I have to stop half way through or collapse at the end. It was gentle and am 67 years old, and for someone who has done no exercise and sits in front of a computer all day it was amazing. I felt so good afterwards and will do it again later today and then build up from there. I am so looking forward to doing your 7 day challenge on this an moving on to other of your workouts after that.

    Thank you so much, I was able to do a 20 minute strength and a 10 minute walking workout back to back. It is a horrid day out there and this was a great way to exercise and cheer myself up whilst being warm and cosy indoors.

    Thank you so much for these videos! Covid left me still gasping for air if I moved around too much, even after 2 months. These workouts are easy to do and don't take too long. I believe I can improve my lung capacity and I finally see the light at the end of my breathless tunnel.

    I've been trying many different workouts and couldn't find anything that didn't make me hurt(more than usual) Then I found you! LOVE this workout and the bed one, which I do first thing in the morning. These are great. I'll be checking out more and adding them to my routine now. Eye surgery 2 months ago, still waiting for new glasses, after having a regular walking outdoors routing over an hour a day, I had become virtually sedentary and fearful.     Love that each move was different. Makes the ten minutes fly by even faster. Thank you for showing seating and standing options in your videos as it enables sharing them with more friends and family who are at different fitness levels. The shorter sessions are great motivators. Kind of like potato chips: you can't just have one!

    I just worked out but wanted to do a little bit more. I love your sweet cat, Michie. This workout, although very light is just what I wanted. Your mom is so precious ❤. She reminds me of my mom.     Happy of the Happiest Leap Year 2024 to Aiko, Mochi and April. I just wanted to say that I haven't stayed as healthy over the last two months as I wanted and now, I must start taking my health more seriously as a senior citizen. I enjoyed this video, and the exercise was very welcomed as I need 1000 steps and this video provided it. In addition, I was happy to see where Aiko was heading when you speeded up the exercise, to get a hotdog...my bestie and husband's favorite. Thanks, and yes together I know we will succeed in our exercise adventures. Bless you all with a healthy happy year in 2024!❤

    Thank you SO much for this 10 minute walking workout. It couldn't have come at a better time for me. I was involved in a bad car crash a little over 2 weeks ago and was told to ease into my former routine, which was working out with you two lovely ladies for 30 minutes a day. I have missed my daily workouts very much so when this little video popped up in my notifications, I decided to give it a try. It was just enough to make my body feel good again without overdoing it. I can't thank you enough and look forward to when I can join you in my regular workouts once again. This one will do just fine until then. Wishing you both a very happy New Year! Louise
